Our first gamechanger is Kruz McClure Kruz McClure 6’6″ | SG Westerville South | 2025 State #183 Nation OH from Ohio United 16 U. McClure recently has picked up a Division I offer from Siena but that has only made him hungrier to dominate. With a huge performance on Saturday, McClure was the standout of the event. Making plays in transition, knocking down 3-pointers and especially being a hound defensively. Getting a steal every game in the backcourt that leads to an easy bucket, McClure is a guy you need to know where he is whenever you are making a pass or dribbling near defenders. Those skills make McClure a GameChanger from this past weekend.
Highlights
Ingram was dominant on Sunday with back-to-back standout games. According to his Elite Mentality twitter, Ingram was the first player in their programs history to have back-to-back 25 point 8 assist games. This level of production shows how Ingram was able to impact the game as a driver, perimeter shooter and distributor. These skills are what made him a GameChanger at The Platform.
An athletic guard, Glover threw down a transition dunk and made a couple no look passes that froze the defense. When his Pocket City squad got out in transition, it was Glover making plays and keeping the momentum for his team. I caught an impressive Sunday morning victory for Glover and Pocket City and he was certainly a GameChanger in that contest.
The most dynamic guard I scouted in the 17 U group this weekend, Gamble can really create for himself off the bounce and keeps the defense on their toes. Able to drive, switch directions and change pace with his ball handling ability, Gamble can get out of tricky situations and turn those into advantages for his team. One of the toughest players to guard at the entire event, a college coach raved about Gamble’s talents to me during the event. With his ability to make plays off the bounce, Gamble is certainly a GameChanger.
