[player_tooltip player_id='2040358' first='Tyson' last='Ray'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2078753' first='Upward' last='Stars Columbia'] Savage) - I was very impressed with Tyson on Saturday at the E.P.I.C. Hoops Summer Slam. He started off by knocking down 2 quick 3s off the bench and then the rest of his game got going. Ray consistently hit shots from all areas of the floor while still playing within the Upward Offense. His length and ball skills were a matchup problem for both the teams they played on Saturday and Ray made sure to capitalize, finishing with 12 Points and 10 Points in their two games.

[player_tooltip player_id='1220039' first='Amarii' last='King'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2078753' first='Upward' last='Stars Columbia'] Savage) - Last weekend at the E.P.I.C. Hoops Summer Slam, Amarii was running with [program_tooltip program_id='2078753' first='Upward' last='Stars Columbia'] Savage. He had more of an off-ball role and had some highlights in transition, but what gets him on this list is his efficiency on corner 3s. His personal growth in that area was on full display in Columbia, and it was a big boost for the spacing of the Upward Offense.

[player_tooltip player_id='1019804' first='Damon' last='Howey'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2078752' first='Upward' last='Stars'] Pee Dee) - [player_tooltip player_id='1019804' first='Damon' last='Howey'] might of had the best performance of the whole day on Saturday Afternoon. He hit 6 3's including a Game-Winner in Overtime, leading all scorers with 27 Points in a win over Big Shots SC Premier. Howey is an electric watch with loads of confidence. It wasn't just his outside shooting that stood out either. He has quick feet and made some plays in transition, and also enough ball skills to make plays off hard closeouts.

[player_tooltip player_id='1692194' first='Joshua' last='Smith'] (SC Wolves) - Smith was another Top Shooter in a different jersey last weekend. He was running with SC Wolves at the E.P.I.C. Hoops Summer Slam. Joshua is one of the smoothest scorers in the Columbia Area, and is an efficient scorer from the Mid-Range and 3-Point Range. Smith has a great feel for the game and knows when it's time to take over, and he did so in an early first-half run against Team USC on Saturday Afternoon.

[player_tooltip player_id='1630003' first='Bryson' last='Taylor'] (Carolina Rebels 2025) - [player_tooltip player_id='1630003' first='Bryson' last='Taylor'] caught fire against Upward Columbia on Saturday Morning. He had a Game-High 29 Points including 3-5 Shooting from behind-the-arc. Taylor is a dominant scorer and can be involved in several different ways on the Offensive End. He efficiently knocked down shots both off the catch and off the dribble, causing problems for the opposing defense all game long.
