There were many standouts throughout the event, and plenty of offers were thrown around as well. Here’s a look at part one of the 2025 standouts from Maryland teams in attendance.
Jaren Curtis Jaren Curtis 6'1" | PG Bishop McNamara | 2025 State MD | 6’1” CG | Bishop McNamara
Curtis has been an impact player for McNamara from the day he came to the first DMV Live as a rising freshman, and he’s one of the best glue guys you’ll see as he’s willing to do whatever to help his team win. He plays with an all-out motor and despite being just 6’1” is a good rebounder and defender, he can play on or off the ball and can make shots from multiple levels, he’s a good decision maker and he’s willing to sacrifice his body. He finished the event averaging 10.6 points, 4.4 rebounds, 3 assists and 1.6 steals per game.
Adrien Stevens Adrien Stevens 6'4" | SG Bullis | 2025 State #113 Nation MD | 6’4” WG | Bullis
Stevens continues to show why he’s one of the top stock risers in the DMV, as he’s took a huge leap from last year to this year and he showed the whole repertoire over the past two sessions. He’s a strong and athletic two guard who can put it on the deck in transition and works well off hand-offs and pick-and-rolls, he can knock down shots from multiple levels off the catch and off the bounce, he has a good feel for the game and he competes like a madman on both ends. He finished the event averaging 10 points on 50% shooting, 4.5 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game.
Eric Reibe Eric Reibe 7'0" | C Bullis | 2025 State #82 Nation MD | 6’10” PF | Bullis
Reibe is another player on this Bullis team that has taken off and he gives them another dimension with his size and ability to both dominate in the paint and step out and stretch the floor too. At 6’10” he’s mobile with long arms and has good touch in the paint and in the midrange, he catches tough passes, he knows how to use his length and strength to finish and he’s very smart with good instincts on both ends of the floor. He finished the event averaging 10 points on 67% shooting, 5.5 rebounds and 1.8 blocks per game.
Kade Sebastian Kade Sebastian 6'4" | SG DeMatha | 2025 State MD | 6’5” WF | DeMatha
Sebastian is simply the type of player you love to have as a coach, as even when he isn’t shooting the ball particularly well you can’t take him out of the game because he does all the little things you want your players to do. The 6’5” wing plays with a fantastic motor on both ends as he fights for loose balls and makes all the hustle plays, he gets out in transition and finishes, he can knock down shots from deep and he always makes the right play. He finished the event averaging 10.6 points, 4 rebounds and 2.4 steals per game.
Jacob Wallace Jacob Wallace 5'10" | PG DeMatha | 2025 State MD | 6’0” PG | DeMatha
Wallace is a two sport star who also shines on the football field, and you can see it in his mix of athleticism and toughness that makes him a great two way guard. He gets after it defensively and turns over ball handlers and gets them easy points in transition, he’s dynamic off the bounce and can create and make tough shots and he makes plays for others as well. He’s a tone setter that averaged 9.4 points, 4.8 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 2.2 steals per game.
Jed Barlow Jed Barlow 6'7" | PF Good Counsel | 2025 State MD | 6’7” PF | Good Counsel
Barlow was super consistent for GC who had a good weekend, and he’s part of a young core for them that could make them a tough out in the WCAC over the next few years. At 6’7″ he’s a walking mismatch as he has the size and strength to bang in the post and make plays on the glass, he has soft touch around the rim but really thrives with his ability to step out and stretch the floor and he’s highly efficient as a shooter and scorer. He finished the event averaging 10.3 points on 62% shooting from the field and 3.3 rebounds per game.
Frankie Mannino Frankie Mannino 6'4" | SF Landon | 2025 State MD | 6’4” WG | Landon
Mannino has shown quite a bit of upside over his first few seasons at Landon, and he had a coming out party at session two where he thrived as the go-to guy. He has good physical tools and positional size at 6’4” with long arms, he works well off the ball to get open on cuts, he can be a secondary ball handler and has a good IQ and he has natural instincts on both ends of the floor. He finished the event averaging 17 points on 56% shooting, 4.7 rebounds and 3 steals per game.
