Spring Report Cards: 2024 Grassroots Grades

He's used the Spring to improve his Floor Generalship grade. He's graded higher in his leadership ability, and ability to create for himself. Finley's has gone from a good shooter, to grading out as perhaps one of the top shooters in the state.
