Legacy is going to come at opponents in waves, expect Finley to be part of the sunami. The athletic wing, is good at being active, getting into passing lanes, and converting steals into transition buckets. He’ll have his share of impact games for the defending 3A state Champs.

I like what I’ve seen from Finley, he’s carving out a role for the Lions as a 3 and D guy. He’s shown the ability to knock down threes, as well as good defensive versatility during League play.

This one was a no brainer. Finley’s has gone from a good shooter, to grading out as perhaps one of the top shooters in the state. He’s deadly accurate in catch and shoot situations and only needs to see one go down to get hot.

Finley is coming off a season where he helped Losee to a state title. He did a lot of the same things he does for the Lions for H2G this weekend. He was aggressive on the defensive backboards, providing much needed rebounding for his team, and he did a good job attacking the hoop both in transition and slashing in the half court.

It took me a minute but I remember Finley from this summer playing with Hard 2 Guard. He impressed me then, but has been even better during high school season play, averaging over 12 per game for a Someset squad that’s looking like a 3A favorite.
