Pendleton is a BC legacy, and the glue to the team. Saw him in an early workout, that he didn’t participate in, however his coach, and more importantly his team’s unwavering confidence in him, is intriguing. The pass first PG is a solid ballhandler, ready to create for a slue of shooters for the Eagles.
Highlights
White will bring a physical precense to the Wolves. He’s a competive player that is willing to bang on the interior, but also has the skills to stretch the floor out to the three point line.
In my gut I know there is going to be a breakout game for Onykekonye this year. He’s long and athletic and has spent a year under the tutledge of Rancho Center RJ Whittle. In the past year he’s gone from a raw big, to one that can potentially make an impact for one of the 4A contenders.
MBT is going to be a problem. He’s a force down low on both the offensive and defensive ends. He brings a toughness and his precense will help turn Legacy one of the biggest and most versatile teams in 4A.
Just a little reminder Durango is still the reigning 5A state Champion. Justin Morrow Justin Morrow 5’8″ | PG Durango | 2025 State NV will be a huge factor in their success this season. The lefty is smart, crafty and has scoring ability. Expect him to come through with some impact performances this year.
I’ve never heard about a player that got accidentally good. Joshua, is a hard hat, dedicated worker, both on and off the floor. The lefty banger, is going to bring a precense to a Spring Valley squad that many have tabbed as a 5A sleeper. Expect the high energy rebounder to have an impact.
Gill is the perfect addition for a Gorman squad looking to get back to the top of the mountain. He can score it and defend, and most importantly he adds another impact player to a good Gorman squad.
Legacy is going to come at opponents in waves, expect Finley to be part of the sunami. The athletic wing, is good at being active, getting into passing lanes, and converting steals into transition buckets. He’ll have his share of impact games for the defending 3A state Champs.
Highlights
Fans are going to love the energy and effort Robinson brings. A large part of that appreciation will come from the fact that he’ll be one of the biggest producers for the Panthers this year. He can score inside, he can score outside, and he’ll run through a brick wall for his team. Expect Robinson to have a big impact this year.
