Atkinson had one of the more dominant games of the entire day vs Fort Dorchester. The 2024 F put up a Jaw-Dropping Statline of 20 Points, 11 Rebounds, 3 Assists, 7 Blocks, and 2 Steals. At 6'8", Alex has size and length to impact the game at any level. Today he was deployed in many different roles as a defender, anywhere from the Top of a 1-3-1 Zone to a Middle Big of a 2-3 Zone. This performance only builds on a Tremendous AAU Season with [program_tooltip program_id='2078753' first='Upward' last='Stars Columbia'], where he picekd up offers from Francis Marion, Emory & Henry, and Benedict.

[player_tooltip player_id='986184' first='Cameron' last='Scott'] - Lexington High School

When [player_tooltip player_id='986184' first='Cameron' last='Scott'] was playing today in Rock Hill, you had better get to the court early or you wouldn't be able to see. The gym was packed with both College Coaches and fans trying to get a glimpse of the Top Rising Senior in the State. And Cam did not disappoint. In Lexington's matchup with Gray Collegiate, Scott got hot. He put up 34 Points on 5-8 3FG along with 6 Steals. South Carolina and Alabama, who are among the Presumed Finalists in Scott's Recruitment, had Head Coaches in Attendance today.

[player_tooltip player_id='992183' first='Ellis' last='Graham'] - Gray Collegiate Academy

Graham owned the paint today in Gray Collegiate's win over Lexington. He put up 14 Points, 7 Rebounds, and 3 Blocks in a Highly-Anticipated Summer Game. At 6'9", Ellis has tremendous length and can play as either a 4 alongside Incoming Transfer [player_tooltip player_id='1295784' first='Darius' last='Carr'] or as Skinner 5. The weight shouldn't concern College Coaches though, Ellis is both physical and athletic - a required combination at the Division 1 Level.

[player_tooltip player_id='1180896' first='Braylhan' last='Thomas'] - Gray Collegiate Academy

Thomas, a 2024 6'5 SF, is another of the War Eagles who stood out to me on Day 1 of the SCBCA Live Team Camp. He knocked down 2 Early Threes as Gray Collegiate started on a 21-2 Run. Braylhan finished with a Team High 25 Points including several Flashy Finishes in transition. Thomas will likely be the Main Scoring Threat for Coach Bethea's group as they look to win yet another AA State Championship this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1328777' first='Kamari' last='Spurgeon'] - Woodmont High School

Spurgeon, an in-region transfer from Hillcrest High School, was very impressive this afternoon. He finished with 24 Points and 8 Rebounds in Woodmont's victory over Spring Valley. Kamari is a 6'0" Rising Senior that is a lights-out shooter, but can also be effective on defense and in transition.

[player_tooltip player_id='1239540' first='Dre' last='Huff'] - Woodmont High School

Huff makes up the other half of the Woodmont Backcourt and is an absolute joy to watch. He plays the game with supreme confidence, is lightning quick, a creative finisher, and a knockdown shooter. The 2024 PG finished with 21 Points in the win over Spring Valley. Keep an eye on these two who lead a really fun Wildcat team.
