2025 Batavia
At 6’5 he is skilled wing player who can makes shots from all three levels. He is very athletic and smooth in the lane. Jax is excellent in transition and in half court sets.

2024 Metea Valley
Will is an underrated 6’6 forward with sneaky bounce to his game. Ashford shoots the ball well from three, but has a better mid-range game. His spin move into a fadeaway is almost untouchable. Will has a solid handle and poise to finish around the rim.
Jake Riemer

2024 Downers Grove North
Such a fundamental treat to watch for a 6’7 big man. Jake has a terrific motor for the game as he would seem like he would run through a wall for a coach. His skill set is pretty good rebounding well in his space. Riemer uses his length to his advantage keeping most plays simple around the rim. He is also capable of making shots from the perimeter.
Jakob Blakley

2024 Larkin
Blakley is a highly skilled 6’0 guard that thinks the game. He is quick with the handle and can get to his spot to create for himself and others. Jakob also has range on his shot doing a lot of his work from mid-range he can go on a run from three as well. A high motor guard that understands the game is rare to find these days.
EJ Mosley

2025 St. Laurence
Highly skilled guard that isn’t affected by two high profile transfers coming in. A three level scoring threat who also does a good job at distributing. He has a smooth handle and plays well off ball screens. Mosley is tough when attacking the lane using good body control to score on taller defenders.
Cam Thomas 2025 Mt. Carmel
Thomas returns to the state after playing a year in South Carolina. Cam is a stronger off guard that shoots it really well from deep. He is powerful on straight lined drives to the basket and absorbs contact in the process. Thomas has good defensive qualities because he uses his upper body well to even out drives from opposing guards.
Chase Abraham 2024 Thornton
Abraham is a shifty guard who can beat guys with his dribble or freeze defenders with a jab steps and knock a shot down in their face. Chase has some blow by speed and uses it to score and get teammates involved. Will be highly coveted by small schools this upcoming season.
Reid Olson

2025 Niles North
Olson has put himself in the category for one of the better shooters in the state after this weekend. His continuous motor is tough to defend especially when he’s running off several screens and picks. Reid is a capable ball handler and has shown he can make plays in the open court. He is a for sure scholarship kid in the next 2 years.

2026 Riverside Brookfield
As more players continue to emerge from a pretty deep class Mercer is one to continue watch. At 6’1 he is wired to score from multiple spots on the court. Smooth shot from three but is also capable to make that difficult mid-range shot look effortless. Cameron can score at the rim using both hands and has a solid handle that will sure improve with time.
Daniel Pauliukonis

2025 Benet
At 6’8 Daniel is a long and active big man with wing skillset. He scores the ball well around the rim and makes good reads on whether he should be a passer or scorer. Pauliukonis has a nice looking shot and has the length to disrupt things in the other side of the ball.
Rykan Woo

Whitney Young | 2026

2026 Whitney Young
Woo is one of the hardest working players that continue to go under the radar. Rykan is a dynamic player maker who can shoot the three with consistency. He does all the small things to help win games. Rykan does great in catch and shoot situations but is also capable of making shots off the bounce. With so much basketball left to be played I think Woo is an Ivy League bound prospect.
Adoni Vasilakis 2026 Marist
Adoni is a heady point guard that does excellent job at getting in the heart of the defense and distributing to others. When those opportunities are taken away Vasilakis can score with the best of them. His feel is very advanced for a sophomore. Adoni shoots from all three levels and competes hard on the defensive side as well. Will be a great one-two punch with
