Plenty of new names were added to the 2025 rankings. So, let's take a look at who they are and why they deserved to be mentioned among the top 118 players in their class.

[player_tooltip player_id='1984449' first='Donovan' last='Gill'] | G | Stadium

Gill is a primary scoring guard who can get it going to the rim with strength and finesse, or draining shots from behind the arc. He's a strong guy who can bottle guards up on the defensive end too and was a big add to this rankings update.

[player_tooltip player_id='1662790' first='Luke' last='Johnson'] | G | Eastside Catholic

Johnson is a smart player who has an excellent feel for his team, picking spots to attack, and making the right play in almost any scenario. He's a reliable ballhandler who can light it up from distance too.

[player_tooltip player_id='1984463' first='Carter' last='Hansen'] | G | Auburn

Hansen has a lot of confidence on the court and rightfully so. Even at 5-foot-8, he's a great athlete who can lock down opposing guards, bury threes with ease, and make plays with the shot or pass getting downhill. He has a ton of upside and plays with an unwavering mentality.

[player_tooltip player_id='1984464' first='Talon' last='Jenkins'] | F | Meridian

Jenkins is a forward with a big body who can do some things around the paint and work through contact near the rim, but his outstanding skill is shooting the ball. With his size and strength, adding in a sweet stroke from 3-point range has elevated him to this spot in the 2025 class.

[player_tooltip player_id='1984465' first='Jabari' last='Preston'] | G | Spanaway Lake

Preston plays with good poise at the guard spot. He's able to play either spot and utilizes his combo of handle and strength to keep defenders at bay on the perimeter, while also showing the ability to shoot the lights outs and work from in closer with his back to the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id='1984466' first='Anthony' last='Washington Jr.'] | F | Roosevelt

He's a hard worker who shows great movement without the ball around the key. He can hit shots with the jumper, work the pick-and-roll to perfection, and even looks like a guy who can extend his game to the perimeter with some more work.

[player_tooltip player_id='1315356' first='Jordan' last='Boggan-Cryer'] | F | Eastside Catholic

This guy does the little things but has the potential to be a big-impact guy. He has great length and can defend on the perimeter or on the blocks against certain forwards. But he has a solid motor and some slashing ability as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='1984467' first='Cole' last='Browne'] | G | Gig Harbor

I like his skill set offensively as a guy who can emerge as a leading scorer for the Tides this coming year. He shoots well, exhibits good strength fighting through the defense inside, and overall just has the touch to score from a lot of areas.

[player_tooltip player_id='1984479' first='Daniel' last='Kwon'] | F | Pullman

Kwon is a bigger wing who has good ability to attack off the dribble in the in-between zones, doing a lot of his damage by setting up defenders with ball fakes. He also has some stroke from three and can space the floor spotting up.

[player_tooltip player_id='1984480' first='Yusof' last='Edey'] | F | Chief Sealth

Edey is pretty raw still but there is a lot to like about his length and skill set. He's already 6-foot-5 and plays mainly on the perimeter though he's able to make some things happen going to the rim and rebounding. I like his potential to develop more as a guard as he has a natural look with the ball in his hands at times. Keep an eye on this guy as he may be a late bloomer.

[player_tooltip player_id='1984481' first='Andrew' last='Vindivich'] | G | Stadium

Vindivich plays solid with the ball, has a pretty good handle on the and uses a quick pull-up to create space in the mid-range. He's a pretty tough guard that looks to push the ball and wants to get downhill to create.

[player_tooltip player_id='1984482' first='Tristan' last='DeVille'] | F | North Thurston

DeVille is an interesting player who will probably be a rotation guy for North Thurston this season, but he's a guy to watch who could see his role increase as the season goes on. I like his fight around the rim, with a quick second jump and the ability to draw fouls, he's a little undersized to play inside but has good athleticism and motor. He can also put the ball on the floor and beat guys inside to put pressure on the defense.

[player_tooltip player_id='1984483' first='Ajani' last='Winzer'] | G | Federal Way

Winzer is a great competitor who plays with strength and aggression at the guard spot. He can handle contact when getting to the rim or setting up for the jumper and also drops in some nice, high-arching shots from 3-point. He's a grinder that could easily rise the ranks as the year goes on.
