June is in full swing as the first week is almost done. AAU teams are preparing for a big summer season, including the Jersey Shore Predators who practiced on Wednesday. Here are the top standouts from the Jersey Shore Predators workout.

[player_tooltip player_id='1776778' first='Vova' last='Trotsko'], 6'7 PF Colts Neck 2024

Trotsko had a strong showing as he was a force down low throughout the session. The 6'7 forward used his physical frame to get position down low and finished a two-handed dunk with authority. Trotsko showed a nice touch down low and moved well without the ball in his hands. He snatched down rebounds at both ends of the floor and held his ground on the defensive end. Trotsko is a tough forward prospect whose game should continue to grow as a prospect over the next few months.

[player_tooltip player_id='1213572' first='Ben' last='Kipnis'], 6'2 SG Holmdel 2024

Kipnis had a solid showing as he showed his ability to make plays in a number of ways. The 6'2 guard has a quick release on his jumper and shot the ball with confidence from distance. Kipnis did more than just shoot as he also put the ball on the floor and made slick passes to his teammates. He moved well without the ball in his hands and was comfortable bringing the ball up the floor in transition. Kipnis' ability to play on an off the ball is something that will help his stock in a big way over the next couple of months.

[player_tooltip player_id='1859565' first='Sam' last='Jones'], 5'11 G Sayreville 2026

Jones may have been two years younger than some of the others prospects, but that did not stop him from having a good day. The 5'11 guard attacked the basket strong as he was unafraid of drawing contact and finished nicely around the rim. Jones used his handle to create space for himself off the bounce and took good shots in the half court. He moved his feet well on the defensive end and was rarely rattled by on-ball pressure. Jones' ability to run the offense is something that will help his game nicely over the summer months.

[player_tooltip player_id='1845647' first='Thomas' last='Turner'], SF Point Pleasant Boro 2025

Turner made plays at both ends of the floor during the Jersey Shore Predators' workout. The 2025 wing played with a motor that doesn't stop as he was unafraid of diving on the floor for loose balls. Turner set good screens in the half court and moved well without the ball in his hands. He played solid defense and pushed the ball nicely. Turner is a physical forward prospect whose ability to make plays at both ends of the floor should raise stock over the next couple of months.

[player_tooltip player_id='1273936' first='Daniel' last='Yarus'], 6'6 SF Spotswood 2024

Yarus had a good showing as he was able to set to his spot on the floor throughout the night. The lanky 6'6 forward has a high release on his jumper, which made it hard for defenders to challenge his shot. Yarus has a solid handle as he was able to get into the paint from the perimeter. He uses his length to influence shots around the basket and moved well without the ball in his hands. Yarus' ability to make plays on the perimeter is something that will help his game in a big way in June and July.
