Isaac Tatum Isaac Tatum 6’0″ | PG Fayetteville Academy | 2025 State NC is a new face in North Carolina’s 2025 rankings with a recent move to Fayetteville Academy. He’s an electric point guard prospect that knows how to make his presence felt on both ends of the floor given the energy he plays with. He’s an underrated passer that college coaches should find intriguing given his ability to move/control pace and make things happen for himself and others in space. DI and DII programs in the region would be wise to get eyes on him. He also runs with Team Loaded NC BCT on the Independent grassroots scene.

Dylan Deluca Dylan Deluca 6’7″ | SF United Faith Christian Academy | 2025 State NC is a mover into the 2025 class that’s due for a breakout season at United Faith Christian Academy. He’s a 6-foot-7 prospect that can operate at a variety of positions on the floor as a wing-forward given his ability to handle the basketball, shoot on the perimeter and finish around the rim. He’s been a name to know with VA Premier on the HGSL Circuit and CC Elite this spring. He’s a smooth operator off the bounce that doesn’t force the issue when the ball comes his way. DI and DII programs in the region would be wise to take notice.

Jaydon Terrell Jaydon Terrell 6’1″ | PG JL Chambers | 2025 State NC is a lead guard to get to know out of Olympic High given his playmaking and perimeter prowess with Team United on the EYBL circuit this spring. He’s a prospect that can catch fire in a hurry but doesn’t force things, still allowing himself to find others in space as the floor general on the floor. He’s put up 7.8 ppg, 2.9 apg and 1.9 rpg while shooting 48 percent from 3-point land and 50.6 percent from the floor on the EYBL scene this season.

Devin Sims Devin Sims 6’5″ | SF The Burlington School | 2025 State NC joins the 2025 class in North Carolina after joining The Burlington School this past month. He’s an intriguing name to get to know with potential to bolster their rotation with his athleticism and energy around the rim. He’s an athletic presence at 6-foot-5 that’s shown he can operate off the bounce and as a presence in the painted area given his strong frame. He’ll be one to track with Team PUSH NC on the grassroots scene as summer concludes.
Addison Newkirk Addison Newkirk 6’6″ | SF Greensboro Day | 2025 State NC is due for a big leap in the Greensboro Day School rotation as he continues to develop with Team Legend on the Independent grassroots scene. He’s an intriguing prospect at 6-foot-6 that’s shown he can operate on the wing and in the paint given his length at 6-foot-6. He plays with a ton of energy on the hardwood given his IQ for playmaking and rebounding the ball. He’ll be one to continue to track moving from the Watch List into the 67th spot in the latest rankings update.
Jalyn Connor Jalyn Connor 5’10” | PG Charlotte Elite Academy | 2025 State NC is another guard from the Team United EYBL squad to debut as a new face inside the Top 100. He’s another floor general prospect that’s shown he can fill it up in a hurry on the perimeter and provide energy off the bench. He shot 41.5 percent from 3-point range (17/41) and 49 percent (24/49) from the floor in the first three EYBL sessions to show off his ability to knock down shots on the perimeter. He’s a name to get to know at Mallard Creek High as June wraps up.
