However, for the purposes of this article, we are going to highlight some of the top players in the Class of 2025 and Class of 2026 that will be participating in the Bill Hensley Memorial Run ‘N Slam. These are younger guys that college coaches should at least start to get on their lists for years to come.
A versatile forward with an ever-expanding inside-outside game, Betten is coming off of some really strong performances in Rock Hill, South Carolina for UAA Session II. The 6’6″ lefty is an excellent finisher around the basket, can attack closeouts from the perimeter, and is capable as a catch-and-shoot threat. College interest is starting to ramp up for him and he already holds an offer from Huntington. Catch him with Grand Park Premier 2025 UAA this weekend.
Highlights
One of the top prospects in Indiana’s Class of 2025, the offers have started to roll in for this 6’8″ forward. Briscoe now holds scholarships from IUPUI, Kent State, Southern Indiana, Iowa, Indiana State, and Northern Illinois. He is one of the best rebounders and shot-blockers in the class while also possessing an excellent back to the basket ability. Briscoe is one of many high-level talents on Indiana Elite 2025 3SSB.
Ellery is a long, athletic wing with all of the physical tools you are looking for in a two-way prospect. He is switchable on the defensive end with the quickness to guard on the perimeter and the size to hold his own inside. Offensively, he is a beast in transition and when getting downhill as a straight line driver. He will be playing with Indiana Game Elite 2025 – UA Rise this weekend at the Run ‘N Slam.
Highlights
After just picking up his first Division I offer from UAB, Ertel will be playing up an age division with Indiana Elite 2025 3SSB. He is a very athletic guard with a smooth jump shot and excellent all-around playmaking ability. Obviously Division I coaches can’t be out this weekend, but you can bet that they will be following this prospect from afar.
Gray has burst onto the scene this spring as a very talented scorer in Indiana’s Class of 2026. He will be playing this weekend with INB Elite 2026 at the Run ‘N Slam in Fort Wayne. The shifty guard has long arms and is a fluid athlete, creates his own shot off of the bounce with a tight handle, and has a quick shooting release. An under-the-radar name to know in the current freshman class.
Highlights
Gizzi was excellent in the 3SGB Chapter I in Omaha averaging 21 points and 7 rebounds per game for Indiana Ice 2025. He then backed it up with some strong performances down in Texas this past weekend for 3SGB Chapter II. The bigger 6’3″ guard is very skilled with the ball, shoots it at a high level from beyond the arc, and rebounds well from the perimeter. There should be some area college programs starting to get involved with him this weekend.
This 5’11” point guard is one of the more purely skilled perimeter threats in the class. Horvath is an excellent three-point shooter with the ability to create his own shots off of the dribble from beyond the arc. He also has some sneaky straight line quickness that he uses to penetrate when defenders are up on him trying to take away his threat to shoot. Indiana small college programs should absolutely begin the recruiting process with this guard playing with EG10 2025 in Fort Wayne this weekend.
One of the top freshman scorers in the state of Indiana this past season, this Parke Heritage High School guard made a name for himself already. Schelsky is a strong, skilled guard that can create his own shot off of the dribble and can put the ball in the basket from all three levels. Picking where he left off with a strong spring as part of a super talented Grand Park Premier 2026 – UAA squad.
An excellent shooter with good size at 6’4″ on the wing, Snively is a real up-and-comer in Indiana’s Class of 2025. After two very successful weeks on the 3SGB Circuit, Snively helped Indiana Elite Team Indiana 2025 qualify for the 3SSB Finals in Rock Hill, South Carolina in July. DII and NAIA coaches should definitely be spending time following him around this weekend in Fort Wayne.
There aren’t many prospects in the Class of 2025 with better athleticism and physical tools than this 6’3″ guard. Truesdale is super long, quick in the open floor, and explosive off the floor at the end of his drives. He has the makeup to be an impactful defender and is already a real menace in transition. There should be schools starting to get involved with him this weekend as he plays with OPS 2025 Black.
