2025 Top Wings/Forwards (seen at Westland High School)

[player_tooltip player_id='1445522' first='Chinasa' last='Agbaeze'] | 6'5” | MW Bulls - Black | Belleville (Michigan)

Agbaeze is an aggressive juggernaut. His activity alone makes him an elite talent. He is the first person you see on the court and you have a hard time taking your eyes away. He is a versatile defender whether he is playing on the ball or rotating in a zone. Agbaeze crashes the glass with ferociousness and energy that few can match. On top of all that, he is extremely skilled in transition; scoring the ball in a variety of ways.

[player_tooltip player_id='2202107' first='Stone' last='Clifton'] | 6'4" | Midwest Basketball Club Central 2025 Sayre/Maurer | Dublin Coffman (Ohio)

Clifton is one of those players that the ball finds him. Coaches love players that have a knack for being in the right place at the right time and Clifton is definitely one of those types. He is rarely a player you have to worry about liabilities. He is fundamental, he works hard, he does a little bit of everything, and most importantly, he makes winning plays. Clifton seems to always be in the flow of the game. Again, something that doesn't show up on a box score but is crucial to staying connected as a unit on the floor. Clifton earned the spot as a Top Wing/Forward but also could have been a nominee for Top Glue-Guys.

Eli Carpenter | 6'1” | Midwest Basketball Club Southwest 2025 Creamer | Lakota East (Ohio)

Carpenter is a skilled wing that can do a little bit of everything. We like to scout players that make impacts on the game even when they aren't putting the ball in the hoop. Although they may blend into the action in these fast-paced, high-possession games, we see them staying engaged and playing within the rhythm of the game. Throughout the weekend, he showcased the ability to be effective inside or outside, play hard-nosed, tough defense, and be a playmaker that gets his teammates opportunities. Carpenter is a key piece for this Midwest Basketball Club team moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='1429077' first='Nohah' last='Nichols'] | 6'3” | NOVA Village 2025 Harrington / Twinam | Tri-valley (Ohio)

Nichols is a strong, powerful wing that is an immediate matchup problem. He was at his best when he was facing the basket and had room to mobilize. He made tough baskets look easy. There weren't too many players that had success guarding him in the halfcourt. Nichols' defensive pressure gave opposing teams fits all weekend. He never led his team in scoring but he showcased consistency by averaging in the neighborhood of 10 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists per game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1827243' first='Jayden' last='Jones'] | 6'3” | Hopson Elite 2025 Jarrett | St. John's Jesuit (Ohio)

Jones is a quick-twitch, agile wing that seems to always beat his defender with ease. He showcased an array of shots including the runner, floater, and 1-2 dribble pull-up. When he gets airspace, he is looking to get his shot up. When his offense is going, the rest of his teammates pick up their intensity. Despite a tough weekend in the win/loss column, Jones was clearly one of the best players on the court each game.
