A valuable pick and roll scoring threat for Strasburg, Velasco is an intriguing forward who has noteworthy potential. At roughly 6'4, the junior is a physical scorer and rebounder, showing no fear battling in the paint. He is capable as a roller, slipping screens and diving quickly into the paint. Continuing to extend the jump shot will be necessary for Velasco at the next level, given his legitimate foundation as a rebounder and physical scorer. Through Velasco's junior season with Strasburg, the forward posted 13.6 points, 11.6 rebounds, and 1 block per game

[player_tooltip player_id='1420424' first='Oriel' last='Bailey'] - Gateway

Bailey is a lengthy forward who makes a huge impact on the glass for Gateways. One of the few players I've reviewed with more offensive rebounds per game than defensive, Bailey is constantly roaming around for second chance opportunities. At 6'4, the junior forward put up 9.1 points, 6.7 rebounds (3.8 offensive), and 1.1 blocks per game.
[player_tooltip player_id='1463537' first='Alex' last='Condon'] - Cherry Creek

An athletic, yet undersized forward, Condon maximizes his impact however possible. Proving athletic enough to get up with opposing 3s and 4s, Condon showcased soft touch while finishing shots around the basket through contact. His ability to get up higher than most 6'3 athletes makes him a dependable rebounder, capped off with a high level 22 point and 8 rebound performance against Smoky Hill. Not to mention that Condon is highly active off the ball, moving around to put pressure on the defense. Through his junior season for 13-11 Cherry Creek, Condon put up 4.9 points and 4.3 rebounds per game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1420427' first='Jackson' last='Steward'] - Frontier Academy

A highly impactful rebounder with Frontier academy, Steward is someone worth keeping an eye on, standing no less than 6'6. The big man is a sturdy interior defender, proving all too big to bully down low while anchoring the interior. Often utilized in the post, Steward typically scores on back to basket attempts, although he is growing with his passing decision making out of the low block. Through his junior season for 9-13 Frontier Academy, Steward has put up 17.7 points, 11.5 rebounds, and 2.1 blocks per game.

Roman Perez - Denver North

Perez is all over the glass, seeking out second chance opportunities both for himself and teammates. Through his junior season with Denver North, the undersized forward put up 5.8 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 1.4 steals per game. When he finds openings in the paint, he utilizes the high release point on floaters and mid-range shot attempts to get buckets. Perez will certainly be a valuable contributor for Denver North next season, following a 15-9 effort.
