Here were the 2023-24 standout forwards

[player_tooltip player_id='1131814' first='Ring' last='Nyeri'] Liberty (Factory)

One of the top players in the AIA makes it look easy. His quickness and explosiveness is what stands out. He is very fluid and has real speed with his size and length. He makes his move very quickly and throws it down like a nerf hoop. He moves in space like a wing and rebounds and scores on put backs in a blink of an eye.

[player_tooltip player_id='936910' first='Jordan' last='Kuac'] Ironwood (AZ Grind)

One of the best performances of any unsigned senior. He can catch and shoot from the three and is super athletic for lob dunks. He added a new wrinkle with his creating his own shot off the dribble. He rebounds in and out of his area and just plays really hard on each possession.

[player_tooltip player_id='1162452' first='Grant' last='Woods'] Valley Christian (AZ Grind)

A face-up forward is a three point shooter who is best off the catch, but he can give a hard shot fake and side step to a deep shot. He boxes out well to rebound and will chase a couple too. He can fall away in the post and plays with energy on defense.

[player_tooltip player_id='996174' first='Bo' last='Dolinsek'] Corona del Sol (AZ Prime)

A strong based power forward with a pretty shooting touch. He has strong hands to rebound out of the area and he boxes out his man like you should. He can seal his man and go to work with advanced post footwork or score on hook shots and step out and shoot it. He will be the focal point for the Aztecs this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1336434' first='Presley' last='Ibeh'] Highland Prep (Factory)

A hyper athletic wing forward is a sneaky good passer. He has great strength and is an easy dunker on the break. He is turning into a defensive power wing who can be a point forward type. Look for Highland Prep to make a deep playoff run again led by Ibeh.

[player_tooltip player_id='1570803' first='Devin' last='Blair'] Desert Ridge (BST)

A big sized shooter who can handle it and rattle in perimeter shots with range. He can shoot it beyond the arc and uses his size to get downhill. He is a good passer and can score inside on counter moves in the post. He received interest from a junior college after his performance.

[player_tooltip player_id='1119350' first='Wyatt' last='MacKay'] North Canyon (SW Rebels) (Pictured)

A versatile wing forward had a good showing. He showed he can be a three level scorer and will definitely be the guy to stop for the Rattlers. He can hit the three off the catch plus step back. He can shoot it from mid-range after he gets to his spots he wants. His pull-up is way more polished then last year.
