There was plenty of talent in that event as well, including some of the best non-shoe circuit teams from the state of Indiana. While I didn’t get to see everyone this weekend, here are seven of the Hoosier state standouts that I was able to watch at the Spring Extravaganza.
In terms of stock-risers, this 6’4″ wing was certainly one that stood out over the weekend at the Spring Extravaganza. Baird is long and athletic, attacks the basket well off of the dribble, and showed off a smooth outside shot as well. Had a 30-point performance in one game and was consistently among the leading scorers for Indiana Game Black. Should land himself on the radar of some small college programs.
Hall is well known as one of the best athletes in the state of Indiana. He is a standout football player and track & field athlete along with starting for the Fishers basketball team. Over the weekend he was a star for a 4-0 DI Indiana squad while averaging 16.3 points per game. He is so dynamic off of the dribble and an elite playmaker both as a scorer and passer. One of the best on-ball defenders in the state as well. Division I level prospect.
Haywood is really starting to emerge as one of the better shooters in Indiana’s Class of 2024. He had that on full display this weekend including a game that saw him rain in eight three-pointers on his way to 28 points. High scoring efforts continued throughout the Spring Extravaganza as the talented 6’4″ guard gained more traction with college coaches at various levels.
Highlights
It didn’t take long for this impressive 6’5″ forward to grab the attention of those in attendance at the Spring Extravaganza. Early on Friday afternoon he scored 23 points in a win for Focus Premier 2024 putting his versatile skill set on display. Hayworth is an excellent athlete that rebounds his position very well, can drive it left from the perimeter, and flashed the ability to stretch the floor some out beyond the three-point line. Averaged 14 points per game on the weekend.

Jewell was a big part of Progeny 2025 finishing first place in their pool with a 4-0 record. The ultra quick guard got to the rim consistently, especially early in the weekend with back-to-back double-digit scoring efforts including dropping 15 points in a win over MidPro South on Saturday afternoon. He is an up-and-coming prospect in the Class of 2025 with some really impressive athletic tools.
This bouncy 6’6″ forward is set to jump up the prospect rankings the next time we update here at Prep Hoops Indiana. Fresh off of being named an Indiana Junior All-Star, Johnson began the weekend by scoring 23 points and was very good around the basket consistently. He rebounds well, can defend around the basket, and continues to showcase more and more offensive versatility.
94 Feet Elite 2025 went 3-1 on the weekend with this 6’3″ leading the way averaging 14 points per game. Williams dropped 25 points in a Sunday morning win over Griffin Elite White 2025 showcasing his ability to attack the rim off of the dribble. He is very dangerous in transition as well both with the ball and as a throw ahead threat running the sideline. Rebounds his position very well from the perimeter as well.
