This was a large event and I was assigned duties to cover teams and prospects participating at Jefferson High School.
Also, it wasn’t realistic to be able to see every team live, so I’ll be on BallerTV all week to hopefully catch every team and their notable prospects.

*There will be more prospects covered on these specific teams*
Martevios Allen – 6’0 G (2026) – Minnesota Select 2026 Brewer – Allen looked to be an elite prospect and was on another level athletically compared to his peers. 6’0” with a strong and muscular frame, which allows him to move with elite speed, quickness, and power. He could easily breakdown his defender with his handle and elite athleticism. It seemed a little unfair. Allen was frequently getting to the foul line because he was hard to contain off the dribble. Allen also showed the ability to stop and pop from the three-point line.
Dominic Webster Dominic Webster 6'3" | PF Elk River | 2026 State MN – 6’5” PF/C (2026) – Minnesota Select 2026 Brewer – Webster has great overall size and has a big body that is tough to move. He can hold his ground with his frame and big lower half. Has a soft touch overall and can play with some finesse, offensively. A big, true center, that has some smoothness and skill. Showed the ability to handle the ball on the move as well. Good feel for the game and can pass the rock smoothly as well. A true center molded into much more than that.
Zach Christofferson Zach Christofferson 6'4" | SG Prior Lake | 2026 State MN – 6’3” G (2026) Northstar Titans 2026 Kuhl – Christofferson has impressive skills with the ball as a long, lanky, 6’3” guard. Plays with great pace and quickness as a ball-handler. Can crossover between the legs quickly to gain space and get by his defender. Has a nice three-point game and he’s respected from there, so he’ll pump fake and drive and becomes an immediate threat as a scorer and passer. Great vision as a passer and will zip his passes, right on the money.
Lake De Jongh Lake De Jongh 6'6" | SF Stillwater Area | 2024 State MN – 6’6” F (2024) – Northstar Titans 2024 Wynia – Lake was the toughness of the Northstar Titans 2024 Wynia squad. A solid overall frame at 6’6”. An interior defensive presence that can play away from the hoop on both ends as well. Good enough feet to defend guards on the perimeter. An extremely strong rebounder that if the ball was in his area, he was coming down with the ball. Strong hands and ability to fight for boards.
Brock Remme Brock Remme 6'7" | SG Spring Lake Park | 2024 State MN – 6’6 G/F 2024 – Northstar Titans 2024 Wynia – Remme showed an obvious length that easily stood-out. Lanky and long, but plays strong. A shot-blocking machine and protects the paint with his life. You have to earn your paint points against Remme and 2024 Wynia. Offensively, he can slash and score and was an efficient scorer around the rim. Runs the floor hard and consistent — to finish at the rim — normally skying over most of his opponents. Can you say, upside?
Caleb Francois – 6’1” G (2026) – Minnesota Select 2026 Brewer – Caleb is an elite mover and a premier lock-down defender. Moves with ease and fluidity on the court. Good size and an athletic build. Turned steals into transition plays. He was a creative finisher around the rim and made difficult layups look easy. He was smooth and played high-level defense. One of my favorite prospects.
Austin Terveen – 6’1″ G (2025) – Sanford Sports Academy 2025 Grey – Terveen has a quick, short, and filthy crossover that opens up his shot and gives him space. A skilled offensive game and he plays with confidence and swag. Has some decent length to him. Not afraid to pull-up and take a transition three. He can continue his dribble and get by his matchup. Had an impressive finish off the glass with defense all over him. Can score and make the difficult scoring play. One of the more individually skilled prospects I saw at Jefferson. Brings an offensive scoring element that every team needs to keep a lead or make a big comeback. I see him breaking out for O’Gorman in South Dakota AA basketball. Now’s the time.
Caleb Terveen Caleb Terveen 6'2" | SG O'Gorman | 2025 State SD – 6’1″ G (2025) – Sanford Sports Academy 2025 Grey – The other Terveen happens to be a baller too. An offensive playmaker and scorer in his own right. An individual scorer that doesn’t need to rely on a screen or pass to score the ball. Slices through traffic to score off the glass.
Bryden Gryzmala – 5’11” PG (2025) – Illinois Orange – Gryzmala is an electric and quick guard that can score the ball and create his own offense. One of the quickest guards that I saw at Jefferson High School. A blur with his first-step quickness. Can step into a three off the dribble and attack and score over defense with a nice floater game. He made his team go and was always a spark-plug to the team’s offense. Breakdowns his opponent with a quick handle, then an explosion. Fun to watch.
Cooper Fahning Cooper Fahning 6'5" | PF Eden Prairie | 2026 State MN – 6’5″ G/Wing (2026) – Minnesota Select 2026 Brewer – Clearly a lengthy frame as a 6’5″ 2026 prospect. Long and skilled and can shoot the three with a high release point. The more you watch the more you appreciate his length, skill, and playmaking. Has to be a clear upside potential guy in Minnesota.
Emmanual Noah – 5’10” G (2026) – Minnesota Select 2026 Brewer – One of the many elite movers and athletic prospects for the impressive Minnesota Select 2026 Brewer squad. Noah will harass his individual matchup with his elite agility and conditioning. Has no problem staying in front of his matchup and containing them. All the while, applying heavy pressure and following his matchup tightly. Has some game on the offensive end, with the ability to handle the ball and make an initial offensive move. Tough to contain for his on-ball matchup because of his first-step explosion off the dribble. Routinely brings over help defense to give his team an offensive advantage.
Ty Burgoon Ty Burgoon 5'10" | PG Centennial | 2024 State MN – 6’0 PG (2024) – Northstar Titans 2024 Wynia – Ty is a true point guard that plays with an aggressive and tough mindset. He will attack and is a dual-threat, as a scorer and will dish out dimes to his lengthy teammates that finish around the hoop at a high rate.
Yannick Amoyi – 6’4″ Wing (2026) – Minnesota Select 2026 Brewer – Amoyi is super lanky and super long. Prides himself on the defensive end, using his extremely long arms to his advantage. Amoyi has obvious upside to become a heck of a defender. He flies around defensively and he’ll sit in a stance. Effort and alertness is not an issue.
Stellen Larson Stellen Larson 6'3" | SG Harrisburg | 2026 State SD – 6’0 G 2026 – Sanford Sports Academy 2026 Grey – Stellen was stellar at Prep Hoops Live. He’s an advanced combo guard for his class. Smooth and strong at the same time. Can handle and attack, and he’ll pop the three-ball as well. He was the go-to guy and took a large brunt of the scoring load. Clearly an up-and-comer in the state of South Dakota.
Tommy Hoffman Tommy Hoffman 6'3" | SG Sioux Falls Washington | 2025 State SD – 6’1″ G (2025) – Sanford Sports Academy 2025 Grey – Tommy is a 6’1” prospect that can play and affect a game in all areas of the court. Gets his nose in there in the paint. Will defend heavily on the perimeter, and hit threes offensively.
Jack Burke Jack Burke 6'3" | SG Southwest Christian | 2026 MN – 6’2″ G (2026) – Minnesota Select 2026 Brewer – Burke can shoot the three and has a good-looking release from deep. Doesn’t need a ton of space or time to get his three off. Also, showed that he can hit threes off balance and pull off the step-back three.
Lawrence Marshall Lawrence Marshall 6'4" | PF New Town | 2026 State ND – 6’4” F (2026) – Pack 2026 – Lawrence has a long frame and some clear upside, as he’s only a 2026. Moves well on the court and will glide the floor from end-to-end. Great jumping ability and attacks the ball in the air. One to watch and monitor from small town North Dakota.
Nunpa Kirkie Nunpa Kirkie 5'11" | SG Bismarck Century | 2026 State ND – 5’11” G (2026) – Pack 2026 – Nunpa is a gamer. He brings a clear toughness and is a defensive stopper. Just seemed like the guy that was always around the ball and was finishing at the hoop. Loves contact and plays with grit and toughness.
Kyle Hustruild – 6’4” F (2025) – Minnesota Heat Leo 2025 – Kyle brings it. At 6’4″ he brings an ability to finish plays at the hoop at a significant rate. Kyle was dominant late in the game I saw him play live. Rebounding and scoring in bunches when his team went on a major run. An active rebounder that gets off the ground and secures the ball at its high-point. Toughness, energy, effort, and a finisher. He’s a dude.
David Diamond David Diamond 6'1" | SG Blaine | 2025 State MN – 6’2″ G (2025) – Minnesota Heat Leo 2025 – I think I appreciate this guy more than anyone. A “my guy” type of prospect that wants to win. I saw it in how hard he was defending in crunch time. Late in the game, I saw he was defending with 100% effort and brought high intensity energy and alertness. He can hit a three for his team as well. I’m not saying he’s D1, but college coaches need to recognize on David Diamond David Diamond 6'1" | SG Blaine | 2025 State MN .
Hayden Virasami Hayden Virasami 5'10" | PG Chaska | 2025 MN – 5’10” G (2025) – Minnesota Heat Leo 2025 – Hayden hit my Twitter DM’s for me to specifically watch him play, so he’s a guy we need to mention. He happened to have a tight handle on the ball and a jumper to go with it. Dished out to his teammates for dimes and handled the ball and hit threes. Got to like this guy, cheering when he wasn’t in the game and a “hype guy” that can also be a playmaker for his team. Stock up
Ali Farhan – 6’0 PG (2025) – Brook Town Force 2025 – Farhan just seems like one of those gym-rat type of guys that college coaches covet. His refined skill-set is a clear determinant. I need to catch some more of his game online, but his skill with the ball and a prospect with a quick and creative handle on the ball was evident. A knockdown shooter from deep and brings an IQ and understanding. A leader type of guy from the point guard position. Can also lead a team and handle a scoring load.
Owen Wilczek Owen Wilczek 6'5" | PF Big Lake | 2026 State MN – 6’6” F (2026) – Northstar Titans 2026 Kuhl – Wilczek has good size and can score from all over. Has an accurate three-point jumper. Does a good job of scoring over smaller opponents with really no wasted movement towards the hoops.
Kaden Anderson Kaden Anderson 6'2" | CG Harrisburg | 2025 SD – 6’1″ G (2025) – Sanford Sports 2025 Grey – Kaden was a guy that wasn’t afraid to be in attack-mode or afraid to show off his full ability. He was a difference-maker offensively. That’s what stood out to me. An aggressive mindset and ability to hit some jumpers, create contact, and finish plays. He could surprise some people in the state of South Dakota this season. Got to love his playing style in events like these.
Lamont Michaels Lamont Michaels 5'10" | PG Two Rivers Highschool | 2026 State MN – 6’0” PG (2026) – Minnesota Select 2026 Michael – Lamont is a composed, athletic, and quick 2026 guard. Did a good job at getting in the lane off the dribble, consistently. Did a good job at moving the ball around against a zone defense, and valuing the ball and each possession. Quick hands defensively, getting his hands on the ball often. Michaels is a point guard with a bright future with his athletic ability and understanding of how to play the position. Great vision and picked his spots to attack the defense.
Kyle Peterson Kyle Peterson 6'2" | SG Eagan, MN | 2026 MN – 6’3” F (2026) – Minnesota Select 2026 Michael – Really like what Peterson brought to the table. The effort and energy he brought was clear and obvious. Boarded the ball with authority and could step out and hit a three. For his size, has an impressive ability to defend even beyond the three-point line and pressure the ball heavily.
Michael Mckenzie – 5’11” G (2026) – Minnesota Select 2026 Michael – McKenzie is a threat from deep. He’s a key piece because he needs to be guarded and cannot be left open. Opens things up for this team.
