The weekend of March 24th I attended the Hoopers On1y Kings of the City at the Phhacility and the Kroc Center plus five different other locations around the city in AZ.

I watched a lot of 15 and 16U with some 17U games as well. This was one of the biggest events AZ has had in a while with 400+ teams from the Southwest.

Here are some of the Top Freshman that I didn't previously mention

[player_tooltip player_id='1482211' first='Noah' last='Gloor'] Higley (Swish 365) (Pictured)

A highly polished freshman guard can spin it from deep. He is undersized but his skill translates from mid pull-ups to floaters and triples beyond the arc. He is tough and fearless to score in traffic. He was ready the second he stepped onto campus for Higley and is already one of their best players.

[player_tooltip player_id='1680907' first='Josh' last='Dillard'] Ironwood (Zona Nation 15)

A long wing forward can shoot it from mid to the three point line. He rebounds the ball well in and out of his area and scores it effectively in transition. He will defend the 3-5 for the Eagles and he has a legit chance to start next season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1571923' first='Koreon' last='Head'] Ironwood (Zona Nation 15)

A good sized athletic combo guard has a very quick first step to get to the rim. He finishes off tough contested shots and has length and a live body. He can hit perimeter jumpers but with his speed, he is best on the break and downhill.

[player_tooltip player_id='1680841' first='Mikah' last='Alfonso'] Ironwood (Zona Nation 15)

Another taller combo guard has an impressive first step to touch the paint. He is very fast in the open court and his downhill stuff is legit. He can hit the three or from mid and will defend multiple positions on the perimeter with his quick twitch athleticism.

[player_tooltip player_id='1736174' first='Jett' last='King'] Pinnacle (Peak Basketball 15)

A physical combo guard is a natural downhill player who seeks the contact. He seems to bounce off of his defenders to score. He is a warrior inside and also plays with a huge motor to defend on the perimeter.

[player_tooltip player_id='1736173' first='David' last='Malumba'] Pinnacle (Peak Basketball 15)

A downhill physical point guard who is very strong on the ball. After he touches the paint off a quick handle, he will facilitate or get to the rim. He is a real lead guard who tries facilitating then scoring.

[player_tooltip player_id='1697292' first='Rylan' last='Parsley'] Sandra Day O'Connor (Zona Nation 15)

A long scoring guard with size. He can hit the three point shot and fall away in post using his height. He is a versatile defender taking on the 1-3 and once he gets stronger, he will be even tougher to handle.
