Brown simply cannot be left alone on the perimeter. He’s a dead-eye with a quick release, whether it’s off the catch, or one or two bounces. He excelled in the shooter’s role for Spring Hill, but this spring he’s showing why there’s more to him than just a shooter. He is demonstrating the ability to put the ball on the floor from end to end, pushing through traffic. He’s working his rebounding and will only get better as he develops physically.

Jayden Boggess
Saw some good playing time as a freshman. He’s only going to get better as he develops physically and rounds out his game. He’s got long limbs and is very athletic. He makes a lot of acrobatic shots going to the goal. He also has a nice touch from deep and can hit the fadeaway over defenders. He moves without the ball with the instincts of a scorer.

Crawford didn’t play a leading role for Lansing a year ago, but there’s no question his physical talents are ready. He’s got the length and the build to compete with older players. He’s also got the skills with the ball to make an impact on the varsity level. He’s a slasher from the wing, able to penetrate off the bounce and make things happen. He can shoot over defenders or whip dynamic passes to perimeter shooters. On the 2026 level this spring, he stands out as unique.

Bishop Ward had a really fine season last year, led by a group of standout seniors. Holmes played a supporting role and had inconsistent production. But with graduation losses, you can count on Holmes to be a big riser. He’s long and athletic and can make plays with the ball in his hands. He is a good passer with vision and touch, particularly when penetrating the lane. He’s a forward who can push it end-to-end like a point guard.
McGibboney was used mainly as a defensive stopper on the frontcourt and rebounder off the bench for Hayden last season. He has the toughness, power and versatility to play a utility role. With graduation losses at Hayden, this guy could become a lot more of the focus of the offense for the Wildcats. Running with Marcus Denmon, McGibboney shows his versatility as there are lots of playmakers around. But his ball handling, shooting and playmaking skills will be needed at Hayden next year.
