The final Class of 2023 rankings have been completed, and while there isn't much changed in terms of who's in the Top Ten, there is some shuffling around - especially after the 6A state tournament where Tualatin repeated as champions. Here's a look at numbers 6-10:

[player_tooltip player_id='861096' first='Kavon' last='Bradford'] | PG | Benson - #6

Bradford put up Russell Westbrook-like numbers to the tune of 20.1 points, 9.6 rebounds, and a 6A-leading 7.5 assists and earned First Team All-PIL honors. A four-year starter, each season he improved on a different aspect of his game and he earned a spot on Team Oregon for WAVOR the Game. Recruiting-wise, he held an offer from Southern Oregon in the fall and is now considering all options, including a year at prep school.

[player_tooltip player_id='962928' first='Moroni' last='Seely-Roberts'] | SF | Lincoln - #7

Seely-Roberts completed his four year career - first two at Yamhill-Carlton, second two at Lincoln - as one of the state's all-time leading scorers. The 6-foot-6 forward was near unstoppable in the paint from day one, but developed a knock-down three-point jumper at the top of the key. He'll serve a two-year LDS mission in Scotland, but has already decided he will return and play at Eastern Arizona after making a recent verbal commitment.

[player_tooltip player_id='962929' first='Malachi' last='Seely-Roberts'] | SF | Lincoln - #8

The twin brother of Moroni completed his four-year career scoring over 1000+ points and once again, manned the point guard position for the Cardinals in helping lead them to a third-place finish at the 6A state tournament. Always a deep three-point threat, he improved on his ability to score at other spots on the court. He remains undecided on his college plans after a two-year LDS mission to Washington DC, but notes he's down to two undisclosed schools.

[player_tooltip player_id='861097' first='Malik' last='Brown'] | PG | Tigard - #9

One of the top point guards in the state the past two years, Brown once again ranked among the state's leaders in assists at 5.3 dimes per game. The 6-foot guard helped lead a high-octane offense and consistently found Tigard's open shooters on the perimeter. Unsigned, Brown holds a scholarship offer from Bushnell.

[player_tooltip player_id='861095' first='Kalim' last='Brown'] | CG | Tigard - #10

The twin brother of Malik, Brown led Tigard in scoring at 17 points and spearheaded the pressure defense, leading the team with 2.4 steals per contest. The 6-foot guard plays with a high motor on both ends and continued to be the master of the one-dribble pull-up shot. Like his brother, he is unsigned but holds a scholarship offer from Bushnell.
