Highlights
This kid has game and he is strong and fast. He doesn’t play with the ball out in the perimeter, he makes one quick move and he is off. He also has a counter when he needs it. Really like his stop on a dime push-back turnaround jumper in the mid-range. He is a shooter that can score from allover but especially in the corner. That spacing off the ball is nice because he can be a player you put in an area where his defender has to help and he will find a way to score. The kid is athletic and he has some great finishing moves.
Really like what we are seeing from Jason. He is strong kid that plays with a big time motor. Some what undersized as a SF but he will get that perimeter game going he is a tough cover. Defends his tail off and he is active on the boards. Dribbles well enough. Major key is getting that outside jumper rolling and his handle and he can really be effective out on the wings.
Jaxon has a great basketball foundation. He is strong on the ball and he can always lean on his good shooting. Might be getting a lot more playing time at another school but Olympus is just deep in the guard position. Look for him to emerge as a big time play maker.
Highlights
Alor has the size and shooting ability. He is bigger than you might think and he has a great wing span to defended bigger. He also uses his strong lower body to push people off the block and their line. You can’t sag off of him because he has a good shot and good touch. Surprised with that good foot work. He is just scratching the surface with his ability and development.
Shifty guard with wiggle will always find a way to get on the floor and create. Look for him to be on the floor a lot more at JDCHS as he proved he can hit big shots and also create for his big and shooters. Should be able to develop that downhill style of play with the rebels and work with a lot of freedom.
