Really elusive hesi-dribble. His outside shot is not a threat as of March 2023. Tamarcus played Hampton High soundly on the defensive end, with his feet sliding and his defensive awareness resplendent. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>2025 [player_tooltip player_id='1847265' first='Stephon' last='Shivers'] (Humboldt)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Elite lineman. Impossible to defend on the low blocks at the Class A level. Shivers bounds up the floor with the heft of a NFL-football player. His youth and natural athleticism enables him to be lighter on his feet than is to be expected with a 300+ pound man. His finishing around the rim is obviously a strength, though he is somewhat crafty getting to those layups. He also has a knack for incorporating a surprise pass when situated out high.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>2025&nbsp;[player_tooltip player_id='1847264' first='Kendrick' last='Taylor']&nbsp;(Humboldt)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Taylor's shot is flat. It needs work. Considering his height at an important position (SG), Taylor is a weapon few teams can claim. Taylor's handle is decent to above average and his speed and bounce is strong for a high school player. KT ranks in the top or second tier of athletes in Class A basketball.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>2024 Stefan Gilbert (Clarksburg)<br></strong>SG was scoring in double figures in his freshman season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>2024 Kris Hooker (Clarksburg)<br></strong>Instantly contributed three years ago, as a freshman, primarily helping as a rebounder. Standing about 6-foot-3, Moore is alert on the glass and helps his team most by drawing fouls. Rebounds outside of his area a touch. Not a wing, Moore is an adept post-to-post passer.
