<p>With the High School season all wrapped up we now start to transition over to the Grassroots Season. Many teams know where they are headed and some are still looking to find quality tournaments and platforms that will benefit their players. <p>Utah has some well known programs and a few new programs looking to make a splash right away. Either way Utah has no shortages of programs and players looking to improve and develop their game for the next level. </p>

<p><strong>Sneak Peak</strong></p>

<p>One of the oldest programs in the state if not the oldest is Salt lake Metro. Metro does a great job of placing their players and they have some quality players coming back to fill out their high school teams. </p>

<p>The Salt Lake Rebels has been another program that has had a good track record placing kids all over the country from D1 to the Community College level. They have one of the bigger programs in the state and often have multiple teams per age group. They have a program with players scattered all over the state and sometimes even players in surrounding states as well. </p>

<p>Utah Gold is one of the new kids on the block and they have hit the scene with a splash as they have been able to secure some talented players. Their 17U team is loaded with some of the best players in the state and they will be playing in the Adidas Gold Circuit traveling all over the country. </p>

<p>Kongo is a program that has had some success with players from all over as well. They travel all over the country and they compete at a high level. They have some solid young teams and they will be a program that will represent Utah very well no matter what circuit they are in or where they play. They are well coached and run some solid sets that fit their players. </p>

<p>The Utah Prospects once again represent Utah on the Adidas 3SSB Circuit as they have been one of the long stays in the shoe circuit leagues. Their caliber of players is elite and they play a style of basketball that allows them to compete with the best teams and against the best players in the country. They are loaded from top to bottom and will put it all on the line against the best no matter what state they play in. </p>

<p>Utah Premier is one of the better independent programs out West and they look to have another solid showing. </p>

<p>Keep an eye on UBC as they have elevated their schedule and should have some solid players on their roster and The Utah Stars will also be putting together a roster to play at a high level this Spring and Summer. </p>
