Having learned behind Collier from a year will really help him I think and I expect him to be play a vital role for Wheeler next year. Suttle plays at a cool pace while featuring a tight handle and a pretty outside jumper. Radford and Howard have already offered but I expect more to jump in this spring and summer.
Jayden Scott Jayden Scott 6’0″ | PG Cedar Grove | 2026 State GA and Bobby Buggs opened a lot of eyes this winter, arguably the best freshman duo in the state. Scott is a crafty point guard with a variety of finishes in his bag and a jumpsuit that’s growing more and more consistent. Already an intriguing package of skills, I’m excited to see what Scott might look like in a year or two with a few more inches and some added muscle. You can find Jayden Scott Jayden Scott 6’0″ | PG Cedar Grove | 2026 State GA this spring with Team Loaded out of North Carolina.
Dyson Beaty Dyson Beaty 5’8″ | PG St. Francis | 2026 State GA was a vital piece of Valor Christian’s squad this year that tore through competition playing in GAPPS. He’s a shifty little point guard that can create offense with his dribble, either for himself or others. Beaty is a more than capable shooter and understands how to play and be effective at his size. He could be a guy that makes a lot of noise on the spring circuit.
CJ Harper CJ Harper 6’2″ | PG Paideia | 2026 State GA had an excellent freshman campaign at Paideia, proving to be the leader of a really solid 2026 group over there. He already has the necessary size at 6’2 and plays a mentally mature game compared to others his age. A lefty, Harper can shoot the rock or get the basket and makes good decisions with the ball. I could certainly see him developing into a big time 2026 prospect down the road.
Kingston Whitty Kingston Whitty 6’1″ | PG Lovett | 2026 State GA may not have played a ton of minutes at Woodward as a freshman but his skillset and feel for the game can’t be ignored for long. Whitty is a skilled ball-handler, able to break down defenders and get to his scoring spots. His outside shoot is consistent and he can hit off the bounce or the catch. I look forward to seeing Whitty play a relevant role at Woodward next year alongside some 2025 studs.
