As a true point guard Jayden Scott Jayden Scott 6'1" | PG Newton | 2026 State GA didn’t worry about his offense much in a 57-50 win over Douglass. He served as a pass-first playmaker but was a tough finisher when he got to the rim. He scored on a pair of steals and was able to score through contact. His best basket came on a difficult driving reverse layup. Jayden did well handling against pressure. He finished with 7 points, 2 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals.

Jayden Scott Jayden Scott 6'1" | PG Newton | 2026 State GA and Bobby Buggs opened a lot of eyes this winter, arguably the best freshman duo in the state. Scott is a crafty point guard with a variety of finishes in his bag and a jumpsuit that’s growing more and more consistent. Already an intriguing package of skills, I’m excited to see what Scott might look like in a year or two with a few more inches and some added muscle.
