Highlights
Elijah is finishing up his Prep Season at Golden State Prep Academy and he looked good running with The San Diego Soldiers. He was rebounding like crazy and with his size he was pushing that ball up the floor as he had no need to find any guards because he could hold his own bringing that ball up. There were times when he was making some moves you only see from guards. He would then get to the rim and make quick work of anything in the paint. Defensively he can move his feet and he can also protect the rim. Great next level kid.
Highlights
Solid weekend for Hunter running the PG position .He was poised and he was playing at his pace. Many times in their offense he was giving opportunities to read the defense and he made some solid reads that lead to scoring opportunities. He found his bigon rolls or when the defense was out of position that led to dunks. He found open shooters on drive and kicks and he was protecting the ball. Strong handle for a lead guard. Hunter was also able to carve his way through defenses on sets, motion and even the occasional breaking down a player off the bounce himself.
MOTOR, MOTOR, MOTOR! This kid is in the right gear all the time. He is sick with the ball in his hands with that handle and multiple moves. He can handle with both hands. He shoots the ball well and he can catch and shoot the lights out. Defensively he is a ball hawk and he is also a tough on the ball defender that has no fear playing up or against anyone. He ha strong frame already at the PG position.
Highlights
Teams were gunning for him early trying to force him into bad shots or simply over helping and he did a good job at letting the game come to him. Anthony was a facilitator and he was also doing the little things like getting tips and running the floor. he has really improved in his decision making and with a few more games under his belt he was shooting it from range and he was finishing above the rim. Impressive timing on his contest and chase down blocks. He is going to be getting a lot of chase down blocks with the way he commits to defense.
