[player_tooltip player_id='1213160' first='Billy' last='Richmond III'], 6'6 CG Camden

Richmond III is the highest newcomer in the rankings update as he burst onto the scene in 2022-23 for the High. The 6'6 lefty explodes off the floor for dunks and tough to stop going to his left. Richmond III knows how to get to his spot on the floor and uses his size to rise up over smaller defenders. He has the length to defend multiple positions on the floor and can push the pace in transition. Richmond III is a talented guard prospect who will have a bunch of high major schools looking at him during the spring and summer. AAU seasons.

[player_tooltip player_id='1395998' first='Nico' last='Peña'], 6'0 CG St. Peter's Prep

Peña had a solid season for the Marauders as he provided them with consistency on the perimeter. The 6'0 guard has a smooth release on his jumper and sets his feet before he shoots. Peña has a good handle, which he uses to beat his defender off the bounce and get to the rim. He is an underrated passer and can get deflections on the defensive end. Peña's ability to stretch the floor and run the offense will help his stock in a big way over the next couple of months.

[player_tooltip player_id='1203971' first='Daye' last='Kaba'], 6'4 CG Patrick School

Kaba is an intriguing guard prospect to watch as he can impact the game in a number of ways. The 6'4 guard has a good handle, which he uses to get to the rim and finish. Kaba can also score in the mid-range and sets his feet before he shoots. He has the potential to run the offense at times and has the length to defend multiple positions on the floor. Kaba is a guard prospect to keep an eye on as he can make an impact at both ends of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='1773124' first='Assane' last='Mbaye'], 7'2 C Patrick School

Mbaye is one of the tallest players in the Garden State and has the potential to breakout this spring and summer. The 7'2 post is one of the top shot-blockers in the class as he swats almost everything around the basket. Mbaye runs the floor hard, setting himself up for easy dunks and baskets in transition. He is tough to box out on both ends of the floor and is developing his offensive range. Mbaye is a big-time shot-blocker who will be one to watch over the next year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1153999' first='Jaylan' last='Hornsby'], 6'3 SG Camden

Hornsby dropped out of the rankings briefly, but returns in the most recent update after a strong season off the bench for Camden. The 6'3 guard is at his best attacking the basket as he is a strong finisher around the rim and is unafraid of contact. Hornsby moves well without the ball in his hands and rarely forces shots in the half court. He is a strong rebounder for a guard and is a good on-ball defender. Hornsby is a hard-working guard prospect who does whatever it takes to help his team win games.
