Continue ReadingGreen had a big season as a score first point guard and recently earned his first offer as Marshall offered towards the end of the season. Max is talented and crafty with good vision. He led the state in free throw percentage at 92% this season. Max’s biggest area for growth moving forward is ball security. To be recruited as a point, he’ll want to cut down on turnovers.
Tilley had a big season for Evangel and had them as most people’s pick to win the 6th region before losing in the semifinals. Kyran is one of the best lockdown defenders in the class and has shown he can score or create shots for teammates. Running with an EYBL team this AAU season, Tilley should have ample opportunity to earn his first offer.
Rigdon has been one of the most dangerous scorers in the mountains for the past few years and has already earned multiple NAIA offers. Jaylan is a versatile scorer and a good leader who has had Pike Central in the mix to win the 15th for the past couple of seasons. Expect him to continue adding to his offer list this spring and summer.
Blake is likely going to end his career as the second leading scorer in state history after he eclipses Kelly Coleman sometime next season. Reed is a crafty scoring point who doesn’t shy away from the big moment and isn’t afraid to pull up from the volleyball line if he’s left open. Likely to be a steal for whomever signs him, Blake has a lot of high level basketball left in him.
