As it is, he’s already committed to Liberty where his skill set and passing should be utilized to full effect. Gibson is a little undersized at the 5 but he plays super hard and is one of the best passers out of the post that I’ve ever seen.
Highlights
Ellis’ future is as an energy guy and finisher on offense and a rim protector and rebounder on the defensive end. Jaylen already holds a couple of D2 offers and has flashed potential at times over the last few seasons. As his offensive repertoire advances, so should his stock as a college prospect.
As mentioned in our “new names” article, Fitzer could be the biggest stock riser in the state in our next update. Blessed with a big body and good athleticism, Charlie has a nose for the ball and the ability to grab out of area rebounds. On offense, Fitzer is a throwback post player who can score over either shoulder. Definitely one to watch for the next year.
Highlights
Brax is about to become the main weapon at Owen County for the first time in his career. He averaged 13 points and 8 rebounds in his Junior season and will have chances to increase that production next season with Teagan Moore Teagan Moore 6’4″ | SF Owen County | 2023 State KY gone. Ward can step out and shoot at 6’9 and is super high academic. D3 and high academic schools should be all over him.
Benke is a multiple sport athlete who is likely to end up playing football in college but is no slouch on the hardwood. Brody had multiple double-doubles this season and was able to post shooting splits of 54-45-71 this year.
