The MLK Showcase took place on the campus of Lincoln High School in Portland back on January 16th, as six teams from the PIL took on top opponents from other Portland-area leagues. We had the opportunity to watch all the action and here are the top senior performers from the day.

[player_tooltip player_id='861083' first='Bogdan' last='Chobu'] (2023 Westview) - 27 points, 4 steals. The 5-foot-10 senior was hot from three - hitting six from distance - while also showing shiftiness off the dribble and some quickness on defense within Westview's full court pressure.

[player_tooltip player_id='861097' first='Malik' last='Brown'] (2023 Tigard) - 20 points, 5 rebounds, 7 assists. As the season has progressed, the 6-foot senior has been increasing his scoring touch. He converted some tough drives but also equally looked for open shooters out on the perimeter.

[player_tooltip player_id='861095' first='Kalim' last='Brown'] (2023 Tigard) - 16 points. The 6-foot senior did his usual thing, knocking down the pull-up jumper and getting out in transition for easy scores at the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id='865367' first='Sean' last='Chris Tresvant'] (2023 Cleveland) - 16 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists. Tresvant was quick off the dribble and money from the free throw line - a perfect 10-for-10 - but where he drew most praise from the college coaches in attendance was his on court leadership.

[player_tooltip player_id='861090' first='Jackson' last='Cooper'] (2023 Cleveland) - 14 points, 10 rebounds. A hard-nosed effort as we've come to expect out of the 6-foot-6 senior with the type of numbers he's posted consistently all season long.

[player_tooltip player_id='1256645' first='Josiah' last='Lake'] (2023 Tualatin) - 19 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists. Solid all-around game from the 6-foot senior, who hit step-back threes but also really got to the hoop and either scored or got to the line.

[player_tooltip player_id='861096' first='Kavon' last='Bradford'] (2023 Benson) - 19 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists. The 6-foot-2 senior looked to get into the lane and finished well around the hoop. With the ball in his hands most of the game, he balanced his scoring with getting the ball to teammates.

[player_tooltip player_id='962928' first='Moroni' last='Seely-Roberts'] (2023 Lincoln) - 24 points, 13 rebounds. The 6-foot-6 senior pretty much did whatever he wanted to offensively, powering his way past defenders and finishing with a soft touch around the hoop. He cleaned up on the boards, especially on the defensive end.

[player_tooltip player_id='962929' first='Malachi' last='Seely-Roberts'] (2023 Lincoln) - 20 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists. In their win over Barlow, the 6-foot-8 senior was money from the outside hitting four threes, but also drew contact on drives and converted a perfect 8-for-8 from the line.

[player_tooltip player_id='962735' first='Scotty' last='Riddle'] (2023 Gresham) - 17 points. Good balance of having a feel for the game for the 6-foot-1 senior, who did a nice job of both attacking the hoop for scores or looking to fire away from the outside.
