Ramapo: [player_tooltip player_id='1153277' first='Peyton' last='Seals'] & [player_tooltip player_id='1406994' first='Wyatt' last='Eglinton Manner']

The Crusaders have a third guard who will have a big impact in junior [player_tooltip player_id='1466439' first='Chris' last='Cervino'], but Seals and Eglinton Manner are the ones who lead the offense. The duo play with great chemistry together as they know how to play off each other and find their open teammates in the half court. Seals has a smooth offensive game as he can score at all three levels and is unafraid of drawing contact. Eglinton Manner knows how to get to his spot on the floor and rarely gets sped up by the opposition. Seals and Eglinton Manner have been playing at a high level all season long and it should continue in the state tournament.

Ewing: [player_tooltip player_id='1401569' first='Kenny' last='Rankin'] & [player_tooltip player_id='1773086' first='Darnelle' last='Forrest']

[player_tooltip player_id='1773085' first='Naire' last='Preston'] has been making plays for the Blue Devils all season as well as they have been one of the best teams in Mercer County in 2022-23. Rankin has a quick release on his jumper and uses a good first step to get to the paint. Forrest has a good touch around the basket and can also score in the mid-range. He is a strong rebounder for a guard and gets deflections on the defensive end. Ewing is looking to make a deep run in the state tournament with Rankin and Forrest running the show.

Camden Eastside: [player_tooltip player_id='1773071' first='Cairo' last='Rivera'] & [player_tooltip player_id='1547459' first='Jahaan' last='Green']

The Tigers are the reigning Group 3 champions and will be looking to repeat with its duo of Rivera and Green. The Paul VI transfer has a good handle, which he uses to get by his defender and finish strong around the basket. Green knows how to get to his spot on the floor and rises up nicely on his jumper. They are both strong rebounders and use their length to make an impact on defense. Rivera and Green have been playing well for Camden Eastside all season and is looking to continue their success in the state tournament.

South Plainfield: [player_tooltip player_id='1270515' first='Brandon' last='Dean'] & Tareak Williams

Williams has been a breakout performer this season for the Tigers as he completes Dean perfectly in the backcourt. The 6'0 guard is a good passer and knows how to make plays in the lane. Dean is a big-time scorer who is a crafty finisher around the basket and can get hot from distance in a hurry. They both have the ability to play off the ball and get steals on the defensive end. Williams and Dean are an intriguing guard duo to watch as they are looking to lead South Plainfield back to the sectional title game.

Teaneck: [player_tooltip player_id='1411410' first='Keith' last='McKnight'] & [player_tooltip player_id='1411647' first='Ty' last='Carnegie']

Towson commit [player_tooltip player_id='1456811' first='Tyler' last='Tejada'] is the main guy for the Highwaymen, but the guard duo of McKnight and Carnegie will be important for their success in the state tournament. The former has a tight handle, which he uses to get into the lane and finishes nicely around the basket. Carnegie has a good release on his jumper and is able to thread passes to teammates in the half court. They both have the ability to run the offense and move their feet on the defensive end. McKnight and Carnegie will be ones to watch in the state tournament as Teaneck look to take home a state title.
