NG has its own top ranked guard/power forward combo in all-world point man [player_tooltip player_id='1116063' first='Robert' last='Wright III'] (Baylor commit) and 6'8” forward [player_tooltip player_id='1279647' first='Sultan' last='Adewale'].
Tues., 2/28…Plymouth Whitemarsh (3) vs. Lower Merion (2): This highly anticipated District 1-6A semifinal game will feature some of the best perimeter prospects in the region.
Thurs., 3/2…Archbishop Ryan (2) vs. Imhotep Charter (1): ThisDistrict 12-5A game will see Imhotep, the No.1 team in the state take on PCL contender Archbishop Ryan.
Sat., 3/4…Unionville (3) vs. Radnor (1): The District 1-5A championship game will be an intriguing matchup as both teams can really light up the scoreboard. However, Unionville has never faced the level of suffocating defense Radnor plays on a nightly basis. So, if Unionville is going to break through against Radnor's stout defense and shock the world, they must play with composure. Senior Robbie Logan, juniors Ryan Brown and JT Anderson as well as freshman star [player_tooltip player_id='1493066' first='James' last='Brenner'] will lead Unionville's upset bid. In 2022 Radnor was District 1-5A runner up. They return four starters from that team. Princeton commit [player_tooltip player_id='1119137' first='Jackson' last='Hicke'] (20 ppg.), wing [player_tooltip player_id='1212678' first='Charlie' last='Thornton'] (11 ppg.); point guard [player_tooltip player_id='1200819' first='Danny' last='Rosenblum'] and combo guard [player_tooltip player_id='1200791' first='Cooper' last='Mueller'] are laser focused on coming home with the district trophy this time. Plus, Radnor now has 6'6” shooting guard [player_tooltip player_id='1812532' first='Jackson' last='Gaffney'] to help with their quest. Tipoff is at 2PM at Temple University.
