Below is a review of the college prospects who took the court during the Devon Prep vs. Conwell-Egan contest.

Devon Prep

[player_tooltip player_id='1230538' first='Zane' last='Conlon'] – 6'3” / Sophomore / Prim3 Tim3 / Combo Guard: Conlon is a long and quick athlete who knows his role as the 4th/5th option on this team. Thus, he is willing to do all the dirty work that contributes towards winning. Still, we have seen this kid score the ball in bunches on the grassroots circuit. His time as DP's No. 1 option is not far off.

[player_tooltip player_id='1178095' first='Jacen' last='Holloway'] – 6'3″ / Senior / Prim3 Tim3 / Small Forward: Holloway is committed to Army and with his unique combination of perimeter shooting and low post skills, he should make for a nice stretch-4 in the Patriot League. He recorded 26 points (2 threes) in this contest and was a match-up nightmare for Egan. His dribbling skills have taken a noticeable step forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='1123922' first='Ty' last='Mishock'] – 6'0” / Junior / K-Low Elite / Combo Guard: In 2022-23 Mishock has shifted roles and is now the primary ball handler for DP. So far this season, the transition has gone well. Mishock can use the dribble drive to score or distribute. He also plays with poise and gets DP into their sets. Of course, Mishock is still an automatic 3-point shooter. He drained 3 triples last night on his way to 18 points. Mishock has been a walking bucket of late, posting several 20+ point games during December.

[player_tooltip player_id='1116055' first='Lucas' last='Orchard'] – 6'4″ / Senior / Prim3 Tim3 / Wing: Orchard is a long and tenacious athlete who was coming off a 27-point performance vs. Rutgers Prep (NJ). He posted 23 points (2 threes) in impressive fashion during DP's win over Egan. Orchard's versatility is astonishing. He can score from anywhere on the floor. He distributes and rebounds. Plus, he excels at producing steals / deflections that lead to easy baskets. He holds an offer from Monmouth, but DI coaches are sleeping hard on this kid.

Conwell-Egan

[player_tooltip player_id='1188208' first='Tyariq' last='Corbin'] – 6'3” / Senior / Philly Pride Bucks / Point Guard: Corbin is a four-year varsity player who is a high IQ floor general for this Egan squad. He possesses tight handles, fantastic instincts for the point guard spot and excellent court vision. Corbin scored off the bounce and via his smooth jumper with range (8 points).

Antwone George – 6'2” / Sophomore / Philly Revolution / Combo Guard: This 2025 prospect has a great deal of potential. George's size, athleticism, hops, and ball-handling skills stand out immediately. Watch him for an entire game and you will find that George also has a nice scoring touch (12 points), and several intangibles college coaches love in a recruit.

Mekhi Harper – 6'2” / Senior / Combo Guard: Harper's athleticism (also a DI football recruit), lateral quickness and court speed are apparent right away. As a bonus, he owns polished basketball skills that enabled him to score 14 points vs. a suffocating DP defense. He does an extraordinary job of slashing to the rim and plays through contact with ease.

Aidan Mondragon – 5'10” / Junior / Philly Pride Bucks / Shooting Guard: Mondragon (10 points; 2 threes) proved once again last night that he is a dependable perimeter shooter. His non-stop off ball movement is always impressive as well. Last night Mondragon also displayed enough handles that he could slide over and play point guard if needed.
