#1 Alta
With height and a solid backcourt Alta has the players on paper to run the table. Ace Reiser Ace Reiser 6'0" | PG Alta | 2024 State UT , Jaxon Johnson Jaxon Johnson 6'8" | SF Alta | 2024 State #106 Nation UT , Nash Hinck Nash Hinck 5'11" | PG Alta | 2023 State UT , Carter Goodfellow Carter Goodfellow 6'2" | SG Alta | 2024 State UT and Carter Dolleac are a tough group.
#2 Olympus
Jordan Barnes Jordan Barnes 6'4" | PG Olympus | 2024 State UT had a great Holiday Tournament as he got his scoring going but what makes this team good is that they have a lot of role players getting their main guys the ball. Dutch has been playing well and what has separated him from other players in his class is that his numbers equate to wins.
#3 Cottonwood
This team is starting to role. Chris Cox Chris Cox 6'7" | SF AZ Compass Prep | 2024 State AZ has been playing at a different level and they are a team that has role players all over the floor.
#4 Woods Cross
Played a super tough schedule. Mason Bendinger Mason Bendinger 6'3" | CG Woods Cross | 2023 State UT and Jaxon Smith Jaxon Smith 6'1" | PG Woods Cross | 2023 State UT when they are on they are a big time duo. Alex Brey Alex Brey 6'5" | SF Woods Cross | 2023 State UT has been p laying well.
#5 Timpview
James Rust James Rust 6'5" | CG Timpview | 2023 State UT and Dean Rueckert Dean Rueckert 6'7" | SF Timpview | 2026 State UT are going to be ready to take down anyone in Region play. They have a lot of player contributing Taki Uluilakepa Taki Uluilakepa 5'11" | CG Puyallup | 2023 UT has been a good addition as have the many guards they have.
#6 Skyline
Took out a talented LCA team and they took advantage of LCA’s terrible subbing. Kai Tulusian can shoot the rock, Peter Broadbent Peter Broadbent 6'2" | CG Skyline | 2023 State UT can shoot the rock and Yorgio Golesis Yorgio Golesis 5'10" | SG Skyline | 2023 State UT is electric. When this team shares the ball they are good. When the ball sticks they are in-trouble.
#7 Orem
Trey Hiatt Trey Hiatt 6'6" | PF Orem | 2025 State UT , Anthony Felesi Anthony Felesi 6'6" | CG Utah Prep | 2026 State UT and Kai Wesley Kai Wesley 6'8" | PF Orem | 2026 State UT have been good this pre-season. They will need to mature their game to get through region with a good seed.
#8 Viewmont
This team has a little bit of size and they have a balanced attack. They are better than they get credit for.
#9 Cedar Valley
One of the pre-season favorites that has been so close in any games. Do not count this team out.
#10 Lehi
Dangerous team wit some dangerous shooters led by Cooper Lewis Cooper Lewis 6'1" | PG Lehi | 2024 State UT .
