Highlights
The scoring numbers are always there for Cason, but it’s the playmaking that changed the game. He controls the flow of the game, creates shots for other with paint touches, and has a deep understanding of the team game. For him to go toe to toe with Karter Knox Karter Knox 6'6" | SG Tampa Catholic | 2024 #6 Nation GA , finishing with 32 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists. Cason can play both guards slots but excels with the ball in hands. He’s already top 15 in a talented 2024 class but could receive at year’s end.
Andino started off that game slowly but never looked out of place. His shot didn’t fall until the second quarter and that’s when you saw his talent. Andino can score of the catch and off the bounce. He has a quick jumper and can fill it up in short bursts.
Highlights
Breville is explosive and defensive minded. His points come within the flow of the game, on putbacks, and converting defense to offense. He’s active in passing lanes and has the length to guard 1-3 at 6’3. His motor and athleticism should be enough to make an early impact while he adds to his offensive bag.
Jimarion Mccrimon
There’s a hidden 6’6 gem wearing a Kowboys jersey. Mccrimon is a hefty big that helped slow down Sammie Yeanay Sammie Yeanay 6'7" | PF AZ Compass Prep | 2024 State #98 Nation AZ . He blocked shots, took a charge, and scored off putbacks. He may be a little raw, but you can’t teach size and toughness. When you find someone who wants to play defense and is light on their feet, is worth a flier.
Giovanni Wright
Wright is a sophomore with advanced shotmaking flashes. He knocked down a pair of three and got to the free throw line five times in a game. Wright scored a game high 15 points. He generated shots off sidesteps and step backs. His football background allows him to play through contact and not worry about driving to the basket. He’s a quick athletic guard that can challenge bigger defenders at the rack.
