Who is the Biggest Stock Riser?

Lake Highlands standout point guard, Jaylen Washington Jaylen Washington 5'11" | PG Dynamic Prep | 2024 State TX . This kid is by far the biggest riser of anyone in state with a stock that skyrocketed 75-spots, from 100 to 25. Washington has earned 3 Division-1 scholarships this season by being the floor general and glue guy that makes the entire game easier for each one of his teammates.

Who are the Most Noteable Newcomers?
