2024 Forwards Who Could Breakout in 2023

Here are the 2024 forward prospects who could breakout in 2023.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1476266' first='Brave' last='Haugh'], 6'7 F Marlboro</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Haugh has started off the 2022-23 season strong and it should carry over into the new year. The 6'7 forward runs the floor hard, setting himself up for easy baskets in transition. Haugh has a nice touch around the basket and is unafraid of contact. He fights for rebounds on both ends of the floor and moves his feet on the defensive end. Haugh is a forward prospect to watch as he gets more touches on the offensive end.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1456836' first='Terrance' last='Wood'], 6'6 F Union Catholic</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Wood is in the middle of a breakout season for the Vikings as he has been consistent for them throughout 2022. The 6'6 forward has a good face-up game as he can put the ball on the floor and finish around the basket. Wood does not mind contact and can knock down open jumpers from behind the arc. He is a strong rebounder and uses his length to make plays on the defensive end. Wood is a skilled forward prospect who should continue to make plays for Union Catholic this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1189093' first='Ikenna' last='Ibeku'], 6'5 PF South Plainfield</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Ibeku is a name to watch in the GMC as he is the main post presence for the Tigers. The 6'5 forward sets good screens in the half court and rolls hard to the basket. Ibeku catches almost everything thrown his way and can finish around the basket. He works hard on the glass and has a nice touch on his free throws. Ibeku is a hard-working forward prospect who should have a big 2023 for South Plainfield.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1407093' first='Dartangon' last='Siddons'], 6'5 PF Hillside</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Siddons has been the main guy for the Comets so far this season and it should continue in 2023. The 6'5 forward runs the floor hard and finishes with authority above the rim. Siddons has a good touch around the basket and has an underrated face-up game. He is a good rebounder and can get deflections on the defensive end. Siddons is a hard-working forward prospect who should continue to put up good numbers for Hillside as the season progresses.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1547456' first='Emmanuel' last='Domingo'], 6'6 PF St. John Vianney</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Domingo has made an immediate impact for the Lancers as he has emerged as their main man down low. The Sayreville transfer has a nice touch around the basket and finishes strong above the rim. Domingo has an underrated face-up game and does not mind drawing contact in the paint. He uses his athleticism to swat shots around the basket and is a strong rebounder. Domingo has three double-doubles so far this season and should have more as the season moves on for St. John Vianney. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
