Week One – Freshman Debuts

There are a number of freshman who are not only playing on varsity this season, but playing major minutes. Here’s a look at some of them and how their debuts in high school have looked so far.

Adrian Montague Adrian Montague 6'0" | PG Jefferson | 2026 State OR , Jefferson – Has started and averaged 10.5 ppg, 3.0 rpg in two games so far, hitting two threes in each game.

Zamir Paschal Zamir Paschal 5'10" | PG Central Catholic | 2026 State OR , Central Catholic – Scored his first high school points in the fourth quarter in the win at South Medford.

Eli Vizconde Eli Vizconde 5'11" | CG Mountainside | 2026 State OR , Mountainside – Came off the bench and knocked down a couple of threes for 6 points against Lincoln.

Dache Acelar Dache Acelar 6'0" | CG Benson | 2026 OR , Benson – Scored 13 points on 5-for-6 shooting (including 3-for-3 from three) in a win against Nelson. Also dished out 3 assists.

Teagan Scott Teagan Scott 5'11" | CG South Salem | 2026 OR , South Salem – The early Oregon State baseball commit scored 5 points, hitting a three and two free throws, against McMinnville and scored another basket against Liberty.

Andwele Bridges Andwele Bridges 5'10" | PG Forest Grove | 2026 OR , Forest Grove – 5-foot-10 guard has played all eight quarters in two games and scored 2 points in each contest.

Brooks Carter Brooks Carter 5'11" | CG Wilsonville | 2026 OR , Wilsonville – Scored 9 points against North Eugene in the first round of the Wilsonville Invitaitonal Tournament. Received significant minutes of playing time in the backcourt coming off the bench in each of the team’s three wins.

Jason Hull Jason Hull 6'2" | CG South Wasco County | 2026 OR , South Wasco County – 6-foot-1 son of head coach Jim Hull is already averaging over 33 ppg so far this season and has notched a 44-point game against Powder Valley.
