Updated 2026 Rankings: New Additions Part One

Shifty and fearless with the basketball in his hands and is averaging 18 points per game to start his freshman year on a contending Cleveland team.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1698810' first='Eric' last='Jacobsen'] (La Cueva) PF: Has unlimited potential with his size and moves the floor really well. Has a nice touch around the basket and a solid interior defender. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1717294' first='Kenneth' last='Zamora'] (St. Pius X.) CG: A solid combo guard that will be a huge factor for the St. Pius Sartans for years to come. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1717308' first='Salid' last='Rasheed'] (Hozho Academy) CG: The Wolves leading scorer averaging over 17 points per game has made it look easy scoring the rock all season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1717323' first='Tristin' last='Onsurez'] (Loving) PG: Can play positions 1-3 but is best at the PG position. A double-digit scorer every night out. He is one of the states most consistent and reliable freshman of his Class. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1717324' first='Scotty' last='Guerro'] (Alamo Navajo) SF: Arguably the top wing of his Class, and is a threat scoring and rebounding the basketball. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1717325' first='Cali' last='Brown'] (Wagon Mound) PG: Getting better every game he plays, [player_tooltip player_id='1717325' first='Cali' last='Brown'] has got up to speed with Wagon Mound and is already the teams top scorer. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1717326' first='Jericho' last='Martinez'] (Wagon Mound) CG: Compliments other freshman teammate; [player_tooltip player_id='1717325' first='Cali' last='Brown'] well. Is the teams second leading scorer, and one of the best three-point shooters of his Class. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1698813' first='Chris' last='Lucero'] (Rio Rancho) SG: A scoring first PG gaining some much needed varsity experience early in the season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1698808' first='Brendan' last='Rico'] (Volcano Vista) CG: A quick scoring PG that plays under control and is most dangerous when he is aggressive scoring the basketball. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1698811' first='Jordan' last='Guliford'] (La Cueva) PG: A traditional point guard like his older brother; [player_tooltip player_id='1208049' first='Josiah' last='Guliford']. Will be La Cueva's future starting point guard at some point in time, gaining some experience already as a freshman. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1698812' first='Adan' last='Velasquez'] (Rio Grande) PG: A key rotational player for the Ravens who have many young players. The PG of the future that will help turn this basketball program around. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1717253' first='Francois' last='Satchivi'] (Del Norte) CG: Can play either guard position and is most dangerous with the basketball. A solid spot-up three point shooter and can get in the zone quickly. Will be an important future piece of Del Norte's core. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1717293' first='Julian' last='Castillo'] (Del Norte) CG: The Knights third leading scorer, and will get more opportunities as the season goes along. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1717327' first='Braylon' last='Vega'] (Hobbs) PG: Takes smart and high percentage shots.
