The 6 game event took place Saturday December 3rd at Moreau Catholic HS in Hayward, CA. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Zion Moore 6'3 2025 W/F of Alameda.</strong> The long armed prospect with a good frame, and still growing made good efforts to get into the paint using a jab step attacking from the perimeter. He finished with the off hand, and on two feet, he'll look for his 3 shot if it's there. He'll run the court. He made good passes to cutters going towards the hoop on multiple occasions. He got a few rebounds. He scored 12pts.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1256617' first='Marcus' last='Robinson'] 6'3 2024 Guard from Miramonte. He's playing the combo guard position on this team. He has the tools to run point guard when called upon. He has good passing, patience and decision making for the position. Lets be clear he's a shooting guard with a good shot from short, and long range. He has good form, a quick release, and it goes in. He has body control on drives into the paint. He made two 3's, to finish with 17pts.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>AJ Tennathur 6'4 2023 SG/W from Saint Francis, of Mountain View. </strong>The long wiry prospects does a good job of filling lanes looking to hit 3's in transition and from the corner on the catch without hesitation. He's on the thin side, but handles himself well. He makes good decisions passing, he handles well enough to drive it, or pull up along the baseline. He had 20 points. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1380769' first='Connor' last='Sevilla'] 5'10 2023 CG from Dougherty Valley. He's in the flow working and feeding off of Beasley. Sevilla a calm steady smooth operator that can explode for points at any given moment during a game. He's a versatile guard with the skills to score in all the ways a guard can score. He's an excellent facilitator with vision, and quality decision making. He had 9pts and multiple assists.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1380872' first='Julian' last='Costa'] 6'2 2023 Guard from Liberty. He had his all around game working in this game. He's player that can score in multiple ways, and from different areas of the court. He can run point if called to do so. He has the vision, and decision making skills needed. He knocks down 3's in transition, coming up off screens. He knocks down the mid-range jumper with consistency, and he'll finish in transition through contact. He was 6/7 from the free throw line, finished with 21pts.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1536257' first='Amari' last='Gray'] 6'1 2023 CG from California. He was quite productive at the free throw line going 9/12. He repeatedly made his way into the paint on tough drives drawing contact. He has the ability to score over bigger players in the paint using high off the glass shots, and a quick bounce off two. He's versatile and consistent with his play, and always seem to come up big buckets when needed. He's an excellent defender, and he'll help on the boards.18pts. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1383621' first='Samuel' last='Chavarin'] 6'3 2024 W/F from Bishop O'Dowd. He brought the bounce and energy we expect to see. He was strong, and active finishing in the paint area powering up off two feet, and going after offensive rebounds for put backs points. He made good cut to finish in the paint from the pass. His one power dribble from the high post was working. His length, and strength helps him rebound and defend multiple positions. He scored 15pts.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1497978' first='Edric' last='Dennis'] 6'7 2023 W/F from Vanden. He recently committed to play at Cal Poly Pomona. He's been playing consistent basketball for a while now. The long framed player is using a constantly improving skill set, and letting the game come to him now. He has a smooth short jumper that's falling. He has the range and rhythm to hit 3's in transition. His defense is improved, and he's scoring and rebounding in the paint. He had 12pts</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1256538' first='Gavin' last='Ripp'] 6'7 2024 Forward from Archbishop Mitty. While he continues to develop a consistent offensive game, Ripp fits the mode of a prospect that effects the game without stuffing the stat sheet with points. He's long probably still growing and continues to build his frame with muscle. Most of his success comes from within the post area. He rebounds on both ends, defends with good length in the post. He's a good court runner, a decent passer. He's had some success on the dribble drive. 10pts, 6rebs. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1380771' first='Kellen' last='Torrey'] 6'0 2023 Guard of California. The bouncy quick guard with good playmaking skills has good quickness off the dribble. He can go left or right to get into the middle of the paint. He can knock down paint, and mid-range jumpers off the dribble. He can play either guard position at this level. He has good passing, and court vision. He's quick on the defensive side hounding ball handlers up the court. He'll fill, and finishes in transition. 10pts</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1253218' first='Quinton' last='Bundage'] 5'10 2024 PG from Liberty. The strong, and fast transfer point guard from Archbishop Riordan is a good fit at Liberty. He's hard to stop when he turns on the jets in transition. He has leverage, and balance to control his speed, no charges when attacking, he's got some wiggle too. He's a superb ball handler, good passing and vision. He's willing to be a pass first PG. He can make it tough for ball handlers. He scored 14pts, with multiple assists. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
