MVNU Holiday Hoopla Top Performers

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I made the decision to head out to Mount Vernon Nazarene University to check out some of the action in the afternoon slate of games. Games I checked out were Worthington Christian/Utica, Fairland/Sheridan, and Fredericktown/Lucas. Great size and moves well for a PF. Can stretch the floor if pushed outside the paint, or can seal guys on the blocks. Shows his hands and can work over his shoulder. Rebounds the ball at a high level. Great court vision and sees the floor. Lewis got open off of hard cuts and had some opportunities in front of the rim and also got downhill in a hurry. The sophomore guard has great shooting mechanics and moved the ball well in the halfcourt. Made some good reads and involved teammates moving the ball. Made some good moves off the dribble to get good penetration and layups on a fatigued Sheridan defense down the stretch. The lefty CG has a quick handle and gets downhill in a hurry. Combine this with his football-like frame and Rodich is tough to stay in front of. Finished around the rim with either hands and just overall plays hard.
