Day 1 of the Kingdom of the Sun went on without a hitch. 16 teams and 12 hours later, it's time to highlight six standouts from each team. With the talent level as high as it's been in years, we're focusing on lesser know talent that caught my eye.

[player_tooltip player_id='1061190' first='Jackson' last='Outlaw'] | Olympia

After missing time last year because of injury, Outlaw is back on the court, making a significant impact for the Titans. As an athletic 6'7 forward, he finishes above the rim, rebounds, runs the floor, and plays with a motor. He's a quick twitch athlete that can get off the floor in a split second.

Brady Hussey | Covington Catholic

Hussey shot well from a few feet behind the high school three point line. He's 6'2, shoots well off the catch and movement. The 2024 prospect has the athleticism to hold his own on defense and attack closeouts.

[player_tooltip player_id='1578301' first='John' last='Gamble'] | Charlotte

The numbers may not back it up, but the shotmaking Gamble shows is real. He takes difficult shots that a talented 6'6 super athlete hits against defenders with similar size. He made three beyond the college line, made fadeaways in the midrange, and finished above the rim in traffic.

[player_tooltip player_id='921106' first='Moses' last='Horne'] | P.K. Yonge

Horne attacked the rim to soften the defense early. Later in the game, he picked his spot between shooting two of five from three and getting the free throw line 13 times, making 11 attempts. The 2023 guard is a physical defender with 6'4 size.

[player_tooltip player_id='1450208' first='CJ' last='Ingram'] | Hawthorne

Ingram commands the offense with his passing and attacks on the rim. With 6'4 size and quarterback accuracy, the 2025 prospect passes teammates open and can see over the defense. He has the athleticism and handle to blow by defenders and create contact on the way to the rim. Ingram got to the free throw line nine times, making five of his attempts. He's an overall athlete that understands the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1715150' first='Israel' last='Jenrette'] | Valdosta

Jenrette has the semblance of a traditional big with soft touch. He's a long 6'10 big that can put the ball on the square without having much lift. He has good feet in the post and on the move. He hit a short fadeaway jumper from eight feet. The 2024 prospect seals opponents under the basket on rim runs. As Jenrette's body develops, he'll have a skillset made mid to low major ball.
