All-Basketball Football Team: Offense

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>National Signing Day for college football is one of my favorite days of the year.&nbsp; I might or might not have skipped school when I was younger to follot.&nbsp; Although I cover high school hoops for a living college football recruiting is still one of my passions to follow.&nbsp; For the past decade I have released my All-Basketball Football Team for the state of Illinois on NSD.&nbsp; These are legit college basketball prospects that if we put on the gridiron would make an awesome squad.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Here is our offense in <strong>All-Basketball Football Team: Offense</strong>!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Quarterback</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='989274' first='Brock' last='Harding'] (Moline)</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Iowa Hawkeyes hoops commit is a great leader on the hardwood and will be for our football team.&nbsp; Pin point passer will translate well on the gridiron and we like how he will bring mobility to the table.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Running Back</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1157211' first='Carlos' last='Harris'] (Curie)</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Harris style of game reminds me so much of a running back with the way he breaks through the defense.&nbsp; Physical build that can be a force as a one cut runner between tackles with the speed to go the distance for TDs!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Scat Back</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1385291' first='Jeremiah' last='Fears'] (Joliet West)</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Really like him as a speed back that can catch passes and be utilized all over the field as an offensive weapon.&nbsp; Will be really good on sweeps and gadget plays.&nbsp; Someone the defense will always have to watch out for!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Wide Receiver</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1157239' first='Luke' last='Williams'] (Naperville North)</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Williams is a top 10 football prospect in the state of Illinois as a wide out so this makes sense.&nbsp;
