Preseason Shooting Guards To Watch: Class of 2025

I watched him play in the Top 250 showcase and this kid has all the tools to be a great one. He is a good three point shooter and can also score at the rim in traffic. Defensively, he is tuff hard nosed defender who plays with constant energy . I really like this kids all -around game and he will only get better with age.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1596183' first='Shedrick' last='Smith'] 6'0" Zachary</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Shedrick, is another good guard on the defending 5A champs Zachary Broncos. He can score from everywhere and can really handle the basketball. He is a good shooter and has great quickness . Defensively , he puts constant pressure on the ball and has active hands . He will only get better with age and great coaching at Zachary.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1347295' first='JaVontre' last='Charles'] 6'1" Beau Chene</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>JaVontre, is another dynamic player on a really good Beau Chene team who lost in the state quarterfinals last year. He is a good shooter from mid-range and behind the arc. He has a quick 1st step and can score at the rim. Defensively , he gets in passing lanes and is good in transition. JaVontre, is a good rebounder from his shooting guard position and a must see player this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1492966' first='Lantavious' last='Murphy'] 6'3" Rayville</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Lantavious, is 6'3" and is the prototypical shooting guard. He has the frame and skills to play at the next level . He is a good shooter and passer. He lets the flow of the game come to him and doesn't force shots. He has the size to guard and quickness to guard multiple positions. Lantavious, is definitely a player to watch this year. If he continues to improve he will be a excellent shooting guard at the college level. He has a hi IQ for the game of basketball . He seems to always be at the right spot on the floor both offensively and defensively. Jeremiah has a very polished game for only being a sophomore. Bonnabel lost in the 1st round of the 5A playoffs last season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
