The amount of talent in Utah on November 22-23 at Pleasant Grove High School is going to be off the charts. There will be four teams from out of state that make it to the Beehive State to take on each other and some of the talent here in the state. You might need to take the day off or get out early to come watch these games. Let's take a look at some of the local teams that will be in attendance and Day 1 Matchups and players to watch.

Bingham, Miners

Bingham has a new look but they have some young talent. [player_tooltip player_id='1278436' first='Luke' last='West'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1146657' first='Jason' last='Peterson'] are good young players that will likely see the floor. Stockton Tueller and [player_tooltip player_id='1206952' first='KJ' last='Jenson'] provide some upperclassmen leadership with guards and [player_tooltip player_id='1199559' first='Carson' last='Bagley'] is going to contribute. KJ is a sharp shooter that hopefully gets some solid looks. Also look for [player_tooltip player_id='1146664' first='Donovan' last='Averitte'] to be a good addition to the squad. One player that could really make a difference is [player_tooltip player_id='1116156' first='Brayden' last='Whitehead'] the 6'10 big man could be a game changer.

Cyprys, Pirates

Cyprus is a super tough team especially with their guard play. [player_tooltip player_id='934030' first='Quentin' last='Meza'] is a big time D1 prospect that will likely get some more looks shortly. [player_tooltip player_id='1057025' first='Diego' last='Mulford'] has an offer from CSI and he could really be a big time long ball difference maker. Word is that [player_tooltip player_id='1115995' first='Anywan' last='Kuang'] has transferred over and if so he will add depth. Not sure where [player_tooltip player_id='1257172' first='Justus' last='Jackson-Fobbs'] is with his shoulder recover but he will be a major addition when the time comes.

Corner Canyon, Chargers

Corner Canyon is not going to sneak up on anyone as [player_tooltip player_id='934040' first='Max' last='Toombs'], Kellen Lewis, [player_tooltip player_id='969631' first='Jaxson' last='Roberts'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1056969' first='Brody' last='Kozlowski'] have enough on both ends of the floor to play with anyone. The will have a bullseye on their back in 6A but that's okay, they play with some great energy and swagger.

Pleasant Grove, Vikings

PG could make some noise if they things right. The addition of 6'11 [player_tooltip player_id='969630' first='Bron' last='Roberts'] is a big time game changer. [player_tooltip player_id='934022' first='Michael' last='Mitton'] is as solid of a guard as they come. [player_tooltip player_id='1199505' first='Isaac' last='Garrett'] is a big prospect that projects high and will either be a D1 NJCAA kid or a LM D1 4 man. [player_tooltip player_id='969251' first='Colby' last='Dean'] provides more size and they usually have some solid role players.

American Fork, Cavemen

AF got game and another thing they have is size. [player_tooltip player_id='1538434' first='Blake' last='Rawson'] is set to have a big year as is [player_tooltip player_id='969235' first='Ashton' last='Wallace'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1057050' first='Tiger' last='Cuff']. Then you add [player_tooltip player_id='934024' first='Aaron' last='Dunne'], [player_tooltip player_id='1046138' first='Kean' last='Webb'] and Jaxon Durrant and the rotation is superior. AF will look to defend their title and they have the dudes to do it.

RSL Academy, Griffins

This team has the ability to make so many changes when it comes to starters but [player_tooltip player_id='1532662' first='JJ' last='Mandaquit'] is a bit time PG pick up and [player_tooltip player_id='1057044' first='David' last='Katoa'] (Utah) is as good a guard as you can have. Add [player_tooltip player_id='934041' first='Lyman' last='Simmons'] and Stephan Osei and that is a good big rotation. [player_tooltip player_id='933936' first='Trey' last='Evans'] is good and has size so he doesn't have to be stuck on the ball. [player_tooltip player_id='1146662' first='JJ' last='Apathjang'] is another local prospect that can go once he finds rhythm.
