[player_tooltip player_id='1432264' first='Jamar' last='Mitchell'] - Fort Collins

[player_tooltip player_id='1432264' first='Jamar' last='Mitchell'] made a big jump in the rankings moving from 64 to 31. Jamar is a big 6'6 forward who can play inside and out. He is a very good scorer from the mid-range and high post using great fundamentals. In the post, Jamar has great footwork and a soft touch near the rim and from the mid-range. He is a smooth scorer who is also a willing passer out of the post and a good teammate who is easy to play with. He is a solid defender in the post and has the mobility to guard wings and temporarily switch onto guards. College coaches should keep their eye on Jamar during his senior year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1578230' first='Tyson' last='Monck'] - Vista Ridge

[player_tooltip player_id='1578230' first='Tyson' last='Monck'] had a huge stock-boosting summer moving from 71 to 32. Tyson is a leader on the floor who does a good job of communicating on both ends of the floor. He is a knockdown shooter off the catch and has a good mid-range pull-up off the dribble. While Tyson is known for his jumper he is a crafty finisher near the rim using great body control to hit tough shots. On the defensive end, he uses his long wingspan and high effort to stand out. For a guard, he is a solid rebounder who can immediately push the pace by putting the ball on the floor or making a quick outlet pass. Tyson is looking to have a big senior season after recently receiving an offer from the Colorado School of Mines.

[player_tooltip player_id='1325692' first='Tyler' last='Brown'] - Fossil Ridge

[player_tooltip player_id='1325692' first='Tyler' last='Brown'] is a smaller guard known for his lockdown defense. While Tyler may not be the size of most shooting guards he makes up for it with his athleticism, high IQ, and effort on the floor. On the defensive end, Tyler is a pest who can lockdown opposing guards with his great on-ball defense. Offensively Tyler is a good off-ball mover who can knockdown three-point shots off the catch. On fastbreaks, he uses his quickness to be one of the first down the floor. At the rim, Tyler uses his 35.5-inch vertical to sky in the air and find the best angle to finish through contact. Tyler is a scrappy guard who will be a huge piece on many people's early 6A favorite, Fossil Ridge.

[player_tooltip player_id='973156' first='DeMarco' last='Duncan'] - Rangeview

[player_tooltip player_id='973156' first='DeMarco' last='Duncan'] is a big man who has started to look more and more comfortable on the court, he has moved from the 100s to 84. DeMarco has a broad frame and takes a ton of space in the paint allowing him to grab a ton of rebounds. There are times on the court when he is simply too big for other teams to guard and when he gets good positioning down low it is hard to stop him from getting two points. While he is not the quickest player he can move in quick bursts to finish dunks at the rim or to block shots. He uses his size and long arms to scare defenders away from the rim and is a solid post defender. DeMarco's size alone allows him to stand out and his improved skill and mobility make him a prospect to keep an eye on.
