Noah Mister Noah Mister 6'1" | PG Mt. Carmel | 2026 State IL (Kenwood)
Mister is one of the more hyped lead guards coming into high school this season in Illinois. Smaller guard at 5’9” that has shake off the bounce, can really shoot it from three with deep range, and has a solid passing feel. Mixed in some soft touch finishes as well. Should see minutes as a back up as a freshman on a stacked Kenwood squad.
Jamson Coulter Jamson Coulter 6'2" | SG Rich Township | 2026 State IL (Rich Township)
Coulter has proven to be among the best bucket getters in the 2026 class. Shifty ball handler that has a physicality to his game at the guard spot. Got to the rim for reverse layups and made several nice reads in the pick/roll. Gets to the rim where he can finish with athleticism along with kicking it out to shooters.
Marquis Clark Marquis Clark 6'2" | PG Whitney Young | 2026 State IL (Whitney Young)
Clark played up to his billing as one of the top 2026s in Illinois. In the top 60 game he was spectacular. Creative ball handler with a compact build at 6’1”. Finishes at the rim with body control and absorbing contact. He can really handle the rock and proved as the camp went on as a plus shooter from both mid-range and three. Good IQ as a distributor as well.
Rykan Woo Rykan Woo 6'1" | PG Whitney Young | 2026 State IL (Whitney Young)
Woo was awarded co-MVP of the Top 30 game. This is the type of players that others love to play with because he will find them in positions to score. Great ball handler that ran circles around defenders because of how well he can handle the ball in traffic. Great passer, but also has a sweet runner game and can hit an open three. Scrappy player on the defensive end with his active hands.
Amare Pryor Amare Pryor 6'1" | PG Bloom | 2026 State IL (Hyde Park)
New Coach JO has a nice floor general to build his program around in Pryor. The 6’0” guard is a lefty that handles it well and gets in the lane for finishes on runners and floaters. Plays with good pace and has crisp handles.
Morgan Travis Morgan Travis 5'11" | PG De La Salle | 2026 State IL (De La Salle)
Travis is a 5’11” lead guard that played with supreme confidence when we were watching him. Strong and stocky guard that has a very clean looking perimeter jump shot and plays with excellent pace.
Zyheir Gardner (Simeon)
At 5’11” this Simeon guard made an impact with his toughness with the ball in his hands and ability to push the pace. Went coast to coast on several occasions and was active on the defensive end.
BJ Powell (Lincoln Way East)
Smaller guard at 5’9” is a quick guard that has a chance to develop especially if he grows. Decent three point shooter and has some soft touch finishing potential. Was mostly a scorer first in the games we saw.
Synceare Simons Synceare Simons 6'3" | SG United Township | 2026 State IL (United Township)
Central Illinois 6’2” combo guard plays with a good feel changing gears with the rock. Also liked how well he rebounded from his guard spot slipping in fore several put backs.
