SD Class B: All-State Team Predictions

It is time to speculate! PHD is making preseason predictions on who will make the All-State Team in Class B. A handful of these guys have been All-State in the past and a couple of these guys should have made it last year. We are predicting that only 3 of the All-State players are underclassmen. Will that happen? Only time will tell, but the senior class is deep and they will not be leaving many spots open for the younger guys.
