The Prep Hoops PA database is loaded with talented players from all over the state and we begin in the western region, known as the WPIAL (Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League). This area has been football dominated for an extremely long time, but basketball has taken a big jump forward in recent years. Let’s take an in-depth look at a variety of top performers on the court this upcoming high school/prep season.
- Class of 2024, 6’3 combo guard
- Lincoln Park Charter High School
- This athletic guard is a proven leader for his team with the ability to score in the half-court and transition offense
- Class of 2024, 6’3 shooting guard
- Hampton High School
- A skilled shooter with the smoothness to get to the rim while finishing in creative ways
- Class of 2024, 6’1 combo guard
- Shady Side Academy High School
- He has developed into an extremely talented player in the western PA area with his multitude of skills shown on the court

- North Hills High School
- His size in the post makes him a solid performer on offense while being a force on the defensive glass as well

- Highlands High School
- He has been a leader throughout his high school career and as a senior, he will be counted on more than ever

- His slick ball skills and precision passing has made him a nightmare to guard for opponents
