Kampen made ball handling look easy at the Top 250. He was very smooth in his movements with the ball and consistently created space. Kampen showed that he can be shifty with the ball at the event.

Lepper seemed to be able to handle very well with both hands. His defender couldn’t lean or anticipate his direction off the bounce. Lepper could straight line drive to the left with ease and quickness.
Thames was impressive in many facets, including his ball handling. He showed that he could handle in transition as well as go coast to coast with the ball in his hands. Being able to handle on the move could be a legit strength for Thames.
Thompkins has that ‘it factor’ when he’s got the rock. He has great hip movement when he handles and can get his defenders leaning and reaching. Thompkins had a nice shimmy and shake move that he pushed into mid range for an open jumper.
I saw Brooks use his handles to create space and get into his spot for a clean jumper. He had a pretty looking 3 pointer off the bounce. It looks like a shot that Brooks should look for this high school season.

Stambaugh came in with a reputation as a strong ball handler and he certainly didn’t disappoint. He was able to work off the bounce from anywhere on the perimeter, but looked especially adept off the baseline at the Top 250. Stambaugh was able to use his handles to get by his defenders and finish creatively.
Odoms had a great all around day at the Top 250 and his ball handling was part of that. He was super fast with the ball in his hands and was able to consistently control and push the pace using the dribble. Odoms looks ready for a big senior season.

Jefferson definitely showed off his skill set at the Top 250. He was so much more athletic with the ball in his hands than I expected. Jefferson was able to break down defenders and attack the rim.
We all know that McLavish can shoot with the best of them in the state. But his game is much more. His ball handling stood out as well in Grand Rapids. McLavish was able to push the pace with the dribble and proved to be very fast with the ball in his hands.

This was my first time evaluating Nellett and I can away impressed. He showed some real shiftiness with the ball in his hands and had the ability to hit the gas quickly. Nellett showed off a beautiful hesitation move to the left that led to a bucket.
